The Tale of a Rescued Hare

It was business as usual at the office, when a baby Irish hare, only a few hours old was discovered, dehydrated and solo. Unable to find the mother, they hoped to release him after nursing him back to health.

Unforch, they soon discovered the little guy was blind, and not so suitable for release.

He was, however, SUITABLE FOR CUDDLING.

Thankfully, Buster the Bun is now eating well and enjoying the garden in a loving home in Dublin, sproinging around.

They’re covered in tattoos and have scary biker names, but these bad boys were born to be mild.  They’re the men of Rescue Ink, and as profiled in the New York Times, they speak out against animal abuse and find loving homes for abused animals all over the Big Apple. They’re not vigilantes, as they’re quick to point out, but they’ll get in an abuser’s face as much as the law allows — and they can be very persuasive.

The Daily Coyote is all about the adventures of Shreve Stockton and her animals in Wyoming.

Apparently, there is a NEW puppeh in town, Chloe. She’s seen here curling up with Eli (tomcat) and Charlie (rescued KYE-yoat). Apparently, Eli still runs the roost. Good kitteh.

Well that sucks

Apparently, this cat Mother-of-the-Year decided to have her litter behind the sink. Firefighters saved the little bro with a sock over the end of a vacuum. Anh. The End.

Writes Sender-Inner Heather F.: "Poppy the pup was a rescue dog from the RSPCA in England. The kitten is called Motley and also needed a home. It was a match made in heaven as Poppy had had puppies not long before we took her in and Motley was a permanent kitten his entire life. Poppy would feed Motley as well as putting up with all his games and more indignities than a dog should ever have to face from a fluff ball."

Rumember back in the 60′s when we all thought the Pygmy hogs were extinct? Well good news. A few years later, some peegs turned up at a market, and were rescued and re-habbed.Now, a bonche of them are being released back into the wild.

They’re all snortin’ around ‘n stuff. More on the story here from Times UK.
