The Minnesota Rabbit Companion Society wants to raise awareness about domestic rabbits. Fair enough. They think it’s time for a new pet to supplant cats online, and that rabbits are up to the task. Let’s find out about this. It IS Bunday, after all. Vote here for your favorite Bun- the Chosen Bun who will lead the Bunneh Revolution!
Last month we showed the aptly-named Bun named…”Bunny.” Submitter Tina S. is back with an update. “Hi there, awhile ago I submitted Bun for C.O., and people wanted to get some perspective on just how giant my Flemish Giant is. I have taken some pictures of Bunny, to try to give an idea of her size.”
[Just a single grape will do, thanks and OM NOM NOM.]
This is a video of Tilly (short for Attila The Bun), slurping down a grape ever so Cutely. With her sweet little booplesnoot and teeeeny tiny tongue, she really hopes to make it on the site.” -Annie G.
[Note: “Booplesnoot” is now an official C.O. Word, as of this date. -Ed.]
It’s totally possible that BUNS get tired of the same ol’ thing- carrots, lettuce, carrots, lettuce. Sometimes they’re in the mood for some HOOMIN! Cuteporter Noel says “This is a video of my rabbit, Hoppy, giving kisses to my boyfriend Jason. Enjoy!”
“This is Penny. She is a Holland Lop. When she’s not being bossy or smug, she is making herself beautiful. You can see more of her ridiculousness in the attached photos.” -Ashley S.
[I just have to tune ’em a little…bit….more…AHA! Perfect!] Imgur.
“I would like to propose Mademoiselle Chanel for your calendar and/or your website. I am a huge fan!” -Annye C.
And of course, the .GIF for ya:
Who’s up for a game of catch? Alvin, what about you? Fine- just don’t eat the ball.
“This is Alvin. He’s a Netherland Dwarf bunny. Poor Alvin lost his friend last week…our other bunny, Houdini, passed away. We’re trying our best to keep our sweet lil’ bun buddy Alvin from feeling lonely. Even a game of catch can be fun. Unless the bun eats one of the balls.” -LA W.
Make sure to clean everywhere, OK? (Interestingly, no Look Of Disapproval here. Great Nose-Twitching, though.)
Bunday is celebrated in all countries including France! Ingrid-Julia and David from that country just sent these photos in of their Bun. Merci!
“We love your site! Here are a few pictures of the rabbit we recently adopted in a shelter after she has been found abandoned in the street.”
“Her name is Plumette, she 4 years old…”
“…and apart the fact she can’t hear anything, she is perfectly well!”
“Today was her first days out of her room after 2 weeks quarantine, she really enjoyed it!”
“Hope you’ll love her.”
“We have another rabbit, but for now they haven’t been presented yet.”
