Dude, Where’s My Cotton Candy?

[I just wanted to wash it off a little bit–and it’s GONE! GONE, i tells ya!]

(Boing! Boing!!!)

  1. Aww, poor guy!

  2. I want to find him and give him another piece of candy. Poor little thing!

  3. Poor little fella! He must of been mystified! Hope he found another tasty, non- dissolving, treat!

  4. Talk about a “what sorcery is this?!” moment.

  5. Needs “Cute or Sad” tag!

  6. Mingles' Mommy says:

I hate this video – I feel so bad for the raccoon (LOL)!

  7. Awwww that poor little baby! 😦

  8. mayitaazul says:

That is a metaphor for the impermanence of life and cotton candy. So deep.

  9. Whoever gave him that cotton candy was mean.

  10. grytlappar says:

Nooooo… More sad than cute, I think. 😦
For what it’s worth, in Swedish, appropriately, the word for racoon is ‘wash bear’ (tvättbjörn).

  11. Rabbitsafk says:

    So not cool.

  12. It’s Ok, I’ve seen a longer version of this vid which mentions that they gave him some more cotton candy 😀

  13. victoreia says:

This reminds me of the book “Rascal” by Stirling North. There’s a point in the book where Stirling gives his raccoon, Rascal, a sugar cube. Same thing happens. (But only once. Rascal caught on real quick: don’t wash the sugar cubes!)
