The Skunklets Are HERE!

These Bebeh McSkunksters are just Ten Tons O’ Fun. The first two photos are worth the price of admission alone.

But the last photo is just outta sight.

Orphaned baby skunklets from Coast & Canyon Wildlife Rehabilitation in Malibu, CA. -KB.

  1. Liefffffff♡

  2. OMG they are cute! Making a mess of a bowl of milk, and looking as adorable as can be. Even the back of the feets are cute!

  3. Are their scent glands active at this age? Never stand behind a skunk.

  4. They are cute.

  5. Milks on muzzlepouches, and then tiny feets. Ded.

  6. Cutest cuties ever! 😀

  7. 260Oakley says:

In the third picture, Anna Skunklova is working on her turnout in preparation for the paw de phew. I believe she will be partnered by Rudolf Nursprayev.

  8. Skunks are so cute & I would love to have one as a pet. In the state I live in, I think it is still illegal to have one. I used to have 4 ferrets, many years ago & they were precious.

  9. *gulp* this is some good milk *slurp* so tasty *swallow* and I’m so hungry *face back down in bowl*

  10. So that third picture is where Dr. Seuss got the feet for his fuzzy characters!

  11. Too much milk in the little guys .. the Milk Meter is full.

(What do you mean that white stripe isn’t a milk gauge ?)

  12. Haha…I hadn’t thought about it, but you’re absolutely right. The little skunklet feets look just like the Dr. Suess fuzzy character feets.

  13. Mingles' Mommy says:

They are the sweetest little things!! You’re KILLIN’ me here, CO!

  14. @Mingles’ Mommy: It’s who we are, it’s what we do.

  15. Aren’t they called kittens too?

  16. I never thought about baby skunks, how cute!!!

  17. @Meredith At that age the scent gland is not developed. I’m not sure of the age it will be, probably sexual maturity.

  18. Aww, if the skunks in my ‘hood were as cute, I wouldn’t mind their invading my yard so much.

  19. Emmberrann says:

I thought that the spray mechanism is indeed present in the babies and active, but it may not be terribly effective because they just are not very well coordinated, like most babies.

  20. Missannethrope says:

I had a lot to do today but I cannot stop playing the bongo feet SFX. Thanks, CO!

  21. The back feet were absolutely insanely cute and small. For a couple baby skunks they sure did make hogs of themselves at the milk bowl.

  22. I love the fact that in German, a group of baby skunks I’d stinktierkinder.

  23. Cute little stinkers.
