Cat House On The Kings 1.0

Today through Friday at 6am PT, we’ll present a mini-series of photos by Cuteporter KB. She took these photos in the adoption room at Cat House on the Kings, California’s largest cat sanctuary…located SE of Fresno. (Like that first photo above? His name is Tangerine. Put him on your desktop!)

    I can’t I don’t live in the USA

  2. Rhonda B. says:

They are all so sweet! Cats are awesome pets to have- I know I have had 2 great ones. My first cat Babi lived to be 20 years old. I now have Lexi, who graciously lets me live at her apartment with her- she’s 11. I am only allowed to have 1 cat at my apartment. 😦

  3. Yay! We love Cat House on the Kings!

  4. Victoria, Mom to 4 Rats (plus 2 kittehs) says:

That’s some impressive ear floofage on some of those guys! I’d love to take a marmie or two to go, but I don’t have the space or funds for another critter right now. Also I’m on the wrong side of the country.

  5. I am not a cat person (I am a dog person), but boy, if I lived in California, I’d be at the front door waiting to adopt a little cutie (or maybe two).

  6. Squee alert! Eeeeek!

  7. Cat House on the Kings does such good work! I hope all of these little ones (and their shelter friends not featured here) find furever homes stat.

And I must point out the whackadoodle eyes on that marmie at the top. Methinks someone was having a bit of fun when that pic was taken…

  8. if i adopted that first one, i’d actually name him Derp. i promise.

  9. Clairdelune says:

EEEKKK!!! Thanks, CO, now I have this urge to go to the nearest shelter and bring home multiple kittehs… oh my, that sleeping grey tabby… *thud*

  10. AWW 😀 If I lived nearby, I would have to control myself from trying to adopt every dear sweet little kitty at Cat House on the Kings 😀 When I win the lottery, places like that will have my help to keep up the good work of finding dear sweet kitties loving forever homes 😀

  11. wait til you see Part 2 tomorrow and Part 3 on Friday. Hooo, boy…..

  12. Is the oranges tabby with the green collar adopted yet??

  13. Sarah, you can go to our web page at and click on the Adopt tab at top of the page to see all of the wonderful cats and kittens who are currently available for adoption. As soon as a cat is adopted we update the page. 🙂
