Play Ball, Hank!

Back in February we told you about Hank, a little guy who wandered into the Milwaukee Brewers spring training camp outside Phoenix. Suffice to say, Hank is now Big Time. Not only has he been adopted by a member of the team’s front office, he’s gonna have his own…wait for it…bobblehead.

Baseball immortality.

  1. I want one of those “Hank” shirts!

  2. Thank you so much for this sweet story! I needed that smile! God bless you all, Hank, and everyone! 😀

  3. It’s really nice that Hank’s star status will be used to help out local humane societies. Go Hank and the Brewers on behalf of ‘paws’ everywhere! Also, I see in one of the stories that Hank’s new family has scheduled him for neutering — doing the right thing to help reduce stray and unwanted pet populations. Way to go also for Hank’s family!

Hank is adorable and a terrific mascot! He really lucked out in his wanderings, and is a great advertisement for adopting dogs from shelters. And those cupcakes look so yummy!

  5. Human beings can be, individually and collectively, really crappy. But Hank here, he found us at our best. He’s a lucky boy and so very loved. It’s real nice.

  6. daisycam says:

What a good boy! Handled the public as if he were born to it.

  7. AWW 😀 I am so glad to hear that Hank got adopted by the Milwaukee Brewers and is raising awareness for the adoption of dogs, kitties, etc. 😀 I hope Hank lives a long and happy life with the Milwaukee Brewers 😀

That is one lucky pup!! And I do believe he will bringing lots of good ol’ luck to his new team/family!
I might become a Brewers fan ’cause of Hank… you could anyone possibly resist! 😉

  9. I live in the Milwaukee area and fell in love with Hank almost immediately! He is such a cutie. People here have gone nuts for the little guy. And yes, I have bought my tickets to the September 13th game where there Brewers are giving away the free Hank Bobblehead.
