Cute Overload :D
Ninja kittehs are trained in the art of stealth. Be silent. Block out all distractions. Become one with the environment. Softly walk right past your opponent- they will be powerless to stop you, for you are Ninja.
Our cats do that, too, and it cracks me up EVERY SINGLE TIME. I don’t think they appreciate my laughing at their ninja moves, but I really can’t help it.
So smooth and fluid. Such muscle control, cats have.
I adores the kitteh at the end. He’s all “I hated him, but I loves you! Smooch smooch!”
Cats are so funny. My sister had a cat who would try that slow-motion business to escape the bath. “Maybe if I just move reeeeeallllly sloooooowlllly the human won’t notice . . . . “
And remember to puff yourself up to look bigger. Or you could already be fat and not have to bother with the puffing up part. At the end the indoor kitteh gives a little squeak to say “Ha I chased away the ninja.”
Looks like outdoor kitteh was stalking potential noms…..
My labrador used to do this to his toys when anyone was standing near one, like he was trying to get it without letting you know he wanted it. Sometimes he’d get to the point where he’d normally do a hilarious pounce then realize there wasn’t a toy to pounce on, at which point he’d go tearing out of the room looking for one.
He was a strange dog.
Blue Footed Booby, as I sit here at my desk with Jack the English Setter curled up underneath dreaming and chirping like a bird, I feel it necessary to point out that the phrase “strange dog” is redundant.
My cats will do that slo-mo move as a gesture of capitulation to accede possession of a toy or treat to whichever cat is giving them the stink-eye. Or maybe trying to pass through another’s territory without being attacked.
AWW😀 That orange tabby looks like he/she is trying to quietly walk away😀
Our Niki tries this stealth move to get under my husbands hands when he’s on the laptop…thinks if he goes slow enough he won’t be noticed! Cracks me up every time!
“I don’t know! Just–fly casual!”
