Cute Overload :D
Searching for the sea
Someone pointed me this way
I hope I find it
Teeny flipper foot
Straayyching with perseverance
Slappity slap SPLASH!
Looks like he’s tryin’ to hail a cab.
Is this an intentional Small Gods reference, or am I just a Terry Pratchett nut?
Or hail a crab! 🙂
Life calls us
And anxiously if not nervously
We walk out to it
New dance sensation
The sandy-bottomed flip-flop
Shore to be a hit
Everything about this image is perfect.
Thirty years ago this would be a poster in your guidance counselor’s office.
Go little dude! Don’t turn left at Albuquerque!
I have tried to post my haiku SIX times and WordPress won’t let me!! *pouts* it was good, too. 😦
I once went to a release of baby turtles into the sea. There were no lights allowed, as it would interfere with their using the moon to find their way. Even with minimal vision, it was an incredible sight.
Reblogged this on ugiridharaprasad.
For such perfection
Commend the photographer
And kiss Turtle ‘bye
Ooooh – my first haiku! But seriously, folks this is a remarkable photo, both emotionally and photographically. Toodles, li’l Turkle!
what? why not? email it in, I will post.
That’s an extremely beautiful photograph! I’ve seen this all over the internets already, knew it would find its way here eventually…
I mailed it! Thanx, Brinke, ol’ chap! 🙂
personified in valiant
struggle to the sea…
I’ve got the snow on the brain here in New England. At first I thought this little guy was paddling through snow. Glad he’s not, but rather heading for the warmth of the ocean!
Speak to us, O Pratchett nut!
Psst: The Turtle Moves.
