Hunger Games for Cats!

Does it involve can openers? Did someone open the fridge? Are there cats pointing at their moufs? Nooo. There’s just “cute little hunters treated like puppets in a dystopian wilderness”! Hey, no spoilers!

We hope you enjoyed this CO Exclusive Hunger Games Collector’s Edition with Previously Unseen Deleted Footage (shifty eyes). The much anticipated Hunger Games sequel: Catching Fire, premieres in movie theaters today! From sender-inner Emily W., via YouTube.

  1. This is brilliant. And what a great idea–I hope they do more of these cat movies.

  2. Someone has a little too much time on their hands! 😉

  3. To make something this creative? Really not!

  4. So creative and wonderful!!! I wish they would do this for all movies! 😀
    Thank you for sharing it.

  5. I know nothing about the Hunger Games (yes, I do live under a rock), but I still found that very funny! I may have to see one of the movies just to make sure I got all of the jokes.

  6. Apparently I’m right there under the rock with you. If I thought the movies were this entertaining, I’d watch them. 🙂

  7. ..and guess who is dragging her parents to the movie for her belated 29th?

  8. those are the most patient cats

  9. Is this rock somewhere in Ireland, by any chance, because, man, am I under it too…

  10. Love it, very funny and clever!

  11. We’re gonna need a bigger rock. 🙂

  12. kallisto73 says:

    Yup! Methinks so!

  13. I think Buttercup would agree.

  14. Make that TWO bigger rocks

  15. Is there still enough room to wiggle myself under there?

  16. Ok that’s just creepy.

  17. That was pure kitten pron.

  18. I recommend it (I’d say “them” but I haven’t seen the 2nd one). The books are great fast reads too, start there! You’ll get through all 3 in a week because they’re addictive and not super long 🙂

  19. Somewhat redundant, the way my cats act around feeding time makes that movie look pg-13

  20. Agree! The books were great, very involving, but a quick read for adults.
(No one is under a rock–you probably just don’t spend much time around the
    pre-teen/teen crowd that reads.) 🙂
The movie was…okay. But…I’m one of those people who prefers the author’s full story with all the complexity and nuance of the written word. 😉 That said, I will see the other movies in the series. I do encourage anyone who likes the movies to read the books!

  21. That VOICE is waaaaay creepy!

  22. Amazing! What a talent to have both in the kittehs and the hoomins. I love this! Thank you! 🙂

  23. AWW 😀 What a thing to do to dear sweet kitties 😀
