Cute Overload :D
Soaring over Chamonix, Mer De Glace in the French Alps- amazing.
As seen on Mashable. From YouTuber Srachi.
That was cool!
GoPro and Eagle for the win !
I JUST watched this on Upworthy! I mean seriously, just before I came here! Wow!
What a great way to start my day!
Wow. An eagle cam? What a way to start a day. Amazing.
How cool was that! Did the photographer get his equipment back??
Must have. Those cameras record to memory cards in the camera. The question is how he got it back.
I want to flyyyy. Fly like an eagle.
In a way, you just did. :)
Wowwowowoww. It’s probably the weird field of view but it looked like he came reaaaal close to some of those trees.
Birds are so cool.
That was so awesome! I wish she had flown closer to the beautiful monastery at the edge of the cliff, or that we had gotten to see her nest, but just sharing those precious moments gliding above the forest… Amazing!
This eagle was probably used for falconry or some other training, so taught to return to the person we saw in the video. And yes, as other people said, now we know how Gandalf felt when riding the birds in LOTR. It was wonderful! :D
Wonderful! I liked when you could see the eagle’s shadow on the ground. I was also a little surprised how quiet and still it was, hardly any wing flapping. I know, there are air currents all over and the eagle just glided along but it was still cool to “feel” it for myself, so to speak.
That was amazing and soooooo beautiful!
Climbing up on Solsbury Hill… . Okay seriously just dated myself. Does anyone out there get it? Tremendously cool to see a true needn’t eye view and in such a lovely place.
I get it!
Makes me wonder if the eagle just kinda soars and chills on the wind currents just to hang out and check out the view.
Watch out for that tree! George.
You beat me to it. I was just about to say, “Mind that tree. Look out, that man’s going to jump out in front of you. My mother always said you had no driving skills, you never listen to a word I say……””
I’m sad, it’s gone private and I missed out on seeing. :(
I’m just glad it didn’t pick up any stray poodles for a snack later on.
