Cute Overload :D
Doesn’t get any better than this. From Japan with love.
Ohmagawd! I think my heart just exploded with squee and sweetness. What a kind old man to do that for that adorably sweet looking doggie (I think the doggie’s name reads Pao, and is 16?).
how we treat those who cannot hurt us is the truest test of charecter.
unless one has loved an animal, a part of your soul remains unawakend.

Oh, God, it’s Schoep and John all over again. Excuse me, I’m going to cry now.
All the onions being cut. *sniff, sniff*
Who is cutting onions around here? Blasted allergies!
Kidding aside, there’s much we could learn from the Japanese about respect for our elderly…
Family here where I live took their elderly dog around in a red wagon. It was so sweet. I adored them for the care they showed that sweetheart.
I cry every time I see that video. You can feel the deep love they have for each other.
snf .. me too .. gulp
How incredibly sweet! Makes my heart very happy.
A sweet old hoomin with his sweet old dog. These two have obviously been friends for a very long time. How lucky they are.
Waaaaahhhh! Crying buckets from the first frame.
oh squeeee/sniff/sob….. 🙂
This one hit me right in the feels. Who is slicing all those onions?????
Such a sweet man showing love for his doggeh. Just beautiful.
Lovely, just lovely.
Seriously, 16 years? That is so wonderful! The dog and its lovely human have had so many beautiful years together
‘Scuse me if I get unserious.

Awwwww! *sniff, sniff*
I live in an apartment building on top of a steep hill so it’s about a story and a half of stairs up from the street to the apartments. My neighbors had a very old dog (15 I think they said) who they had had since a puppy who was gigantic and soooo fluffy – he looked like a big fat sheep in all his fluffiness! – and often I’d witness the neighbor carrying him down & up those stairs to go out because he was too old and arthritic to walk down/up them himself. There’s no way that dog could have weighed any less than 60 lbs….always touched my heart to see the commitment and love they had for their dog. I think the dog passed away a couple months ago. 😦
That’s such a nice story. 😦
