Paint Your Dragon

Tiffany looked forward to the annual Red Rocks Summer Solstice Folk Music and Omnispiritual Awareness Festival, so she could go nuts at the body-painting booth.

  1. Those are some nice summer colors! 🙂

  2. Tiffany would fit in in Miami’s Art Deco district

  3. Anyone know what this critter is? Anatomy looks exactly like a bearded dragon, but I’m pretty sure they don’t come in technicolor!

    once again…. the hovertext rules!

  5. OMG this lizard is sooo awesome. Beautiful rainbow child!

  6. He is so purdy! I loff heem.

  7. “Omnispiritual”. That really covers all the bases.

  8. P.S. I think NOMTOM might be a closet Druid.

  9. Camille says:

Is that a Chameleon? Gotta love a lizard stylin’ some groovy colors! Fabulous!

  10. Elizabeth says:

    Gosh, he’s pretty.

  11. Theresa says:

    Common collared lizard.

  12. Theresa says:

    “In ancient times…
Hundreds of years before the dawn of history
Lived a strange race of people… the Druids

No one knows who they were or what they were doing
    But their legacy remains
Hewn into the living rock… Of Stonehenge!!!!”

  13. Gorgeous…and a little smug about it, too.

  14. Somebody missed the whole chapter on camoflauge.

  15. I hitched my dragon to a star…

  18. So I work in the sustainability (“green”) field at a university, and as you might imagine I get a lot of students who are into hippie stuff. Therefore, the caption and hovertext made my day. Well done, NTMTOM! Earth Mother Gaia, indeed.

  19. e z reader says:

From Pete Seeger’s “[Gimme that] Old time religion”:
“We will pray with those old druids,
    They drink fermented fluids,
    Waltzing naked through the woo-ids,
And it’s good enough for me.”

I do not think you will find her “common” now! 🙂
