Lentil Medical Update, People!

Remember the Little Man named Lentil? Turns out he is going in today to have his little problem area corrected. Check out the video, and fingers and paws crossed everything works out OK!  GO LENNY GO.

NEW! UPDATE FROM LENTIL’S FB -2:45pm PT
“We aren’t out of the woods yet- but a HUGE thank you goes out to Dr. John Lewis and Dr. Alex Reiter! Lentil’s palate is repaired…and it was done with grace and compassion. He’s now overseen by the incredible staff from ICU (hopefully just for the night)!! We are gonna get through this!”

UPDATE FROM LENTIL’S FB -1:12pm PT
“Our boy is resting comfortably in ICU. The doctors and nurses are amazing in there. They wouldn’t allow for a photo…but I did get to see him and he’s being the strong boy that we know/love!”

And Lentil is now back online, awake from the surgery! w00t!

    They helped my sheltie way back in
    the Fifties ( yeah, I’m that old), and
    are still dedicated, caring, and capable
    hoomins. Hooray for all concerned!

  20. What a great idea to have the vet fix his palate but not his cleft lip and do outreach with children with the same condition. Lentil wont care about his looks as long as he can eat normally and he can be a great help for the children.
