    the narrow transverse-striped version is apparently called “mackeral tabby”

    also comes in “spotted,” “patched,” “ticked,” “agouti,” various combos of same, and, of course, tainee…

    They are litter mates – seemingly identical but with some differences. The whole family – parents and grandmother all look similar. Scrambles my brain when I visit. Glad you enjoy their beautiful furs! Celeste
