    It is Life Magazine…my father saved them from the 30’s onward and I remember that one from when I saw it as a child. I recently (in the past 5 yrs.) looked it up to show my daughter-in-law who is a photographer.

  12. Definitely from Life magazine I have a book called “Life Smiles Back” which it is in. I love that photo.

  13. Ooh, I had a postcard with this very photo years back! Maybe even 20 ys back. Made me blink and shake my brain when I saw it.

  14. Almost certainly from Life magazine, it was in one of their photo compendiums.

  15. It was in the March 5, 1965 issue.
