They’re Young, They’re in Loff

Their loff was too beautiful for words,

too lavish for conversation,

too extravagant for small talk,

but never too much for their tongues.

Gabriela from Sweden is fortunate enough to share her life with, “the two cutest redheads EVER: Nova Scotia duck tolling retriever princess “Sienna”, who celebrated her fourth birthday on March 12, and little lord “Amser”, who’ll celebrate his *first* birthday on May 12! Thought I’d share some photos I took the other day, while they were busy with interspecies snorgling and grooming. These two LOVE each other, and I could not imagine my life without them.”

  1. You’re going to lose them in that couch one day! They’re too well camouflaged!

  2. GBFF!!

  3. *swoon*love*

  4. anne packrat mathews>> yes, i really *do* need a new couch… green would work with my redheads, right?

and, also: YAAAY!!! i can’t believe my furbabies made it onto the most cute-packed site on the web…
    what an hono(u)r.

  5. Word – I just keep thinking about how everything in that picture is the same color. It reminds me of my old art class exercises of tinting and shading (adding white or black) to one base color (perhaps burnt sienna) and rendering some whole scene with it.

  6. Proud-er to be in the redhead club! what precious babies you have!

  7. OK, I have a tag request here… 😉

  8. D’oh!
    Done. Thanks, Theo.

  9. Mary (the first) says:

Your furbabies are totally worthy of the most cute site on the web because they are major cute!!

  10. So did they get the couch to match the pets or was it the other way around?

  11. Gabriela, your babies are so beautiful and sweet! I wish my cats (of the same species!) got along as well these two! Now I know how my parents felt when we kids were small: “Don’t make me come in there!” I have actually said this to my cats. *sigh*

  12. Sheeee… use ALLL THE TAGS!!! 😉

  13. I keep thinking Tintoretto and Bottecelli would approve.

    Love the mutual gromming

  14. er, grooming.

  15. Titian, I’m thinking. They have Titian fur.

  16. Visualizing Theo as one of those flustered little Meme-stick figures, yelling “USE ALL THE TAGS!” 😆

  17. My mother used to say if we were beating the crap out of each other, she knew just where we were and what we were doing. 😛 If we were quiet, she would worry we were working together on a Manhattan project or something…

  18. Moderation! What’s for brunch?

  20. in the beginning there was the red couch.
and gabriela/mumrik saw that it was GOOD.

  21. I’m wondering if if there’s any kitty servant that HASN’T said that ! ;oD

  22. burvegas says:

I do that too! Also “I’m not your referee!” and “Play nice, you two!”

  23. Thank you for sharing these two, Gabriela.

    Serious cuteness here!

  24. D Marie says:

Must be great to live in a household full of love.

  25. lisaLASSIE says:

As the song goes: “Do I love you because you’re red like meeeee, or are you red like meeee, because I looooooove you.” (with apologies to whoever wrote it for Cinderella)

  26. AWW 😀 What a cute pair 😀

  27. I think that’s a challenge for the admin’s. Find a single shot that can have ALL of the tags applied to it.

    A shot of Noah’s ark doesn’t count.

  28. noellesbootcutkittenpants says:

*happy sigh* I love the CO brain trust.

  29. Kar, I believe “gromming” = “grooming” + “nomming.” So it is entirely appropriate here.

  30. Nonononononono! Matching your furnishings to the animal hair is a BRILLIANT idea. You should probably do the same with your entire wardrobe, too, while you’re at it.

  31. Theresa: ESSSACKLY.

  32. Anything, as long as you leave a little for the rest of us.

  33. Gromming. We need to add that to the glossary.

  34. Theresa says:

    Rodgers & Hammerstein

  35. zeldapie says:

I love red heads! These two are freaking adorable!!
