I once was sitting at a picnic table at the Arboretum in Austin, TX and a Corgi walked up to me, no owner in sight, smiled and lay down with his belly up for me to rub it. He didn’t even sniff me first, and he zeroed in on me out of a whole crowd of folks enjoying the sunshine on the lawn. I felt incredibly flattered.
