Yes, that’s the famous GIMME IT NOW! face. It being whatever the cat wants at this particular moment, treats, petting, etc.

Our cat (my brother, his male friend and me), Badger, gives us the same look when she wants pets, etc. usually followed by LOUD MEOWING (at top of her lungs)

Honestly, I don’t see any point in having pets if you’re not going to spoil them rotten. That’s part of the fun.
Yup, we spoiled our cat so badly, he thought I was a piece of bathroom mattress.
