Yes, my parents’ chief kitteh (They call her ‘Cuteface;’ everyone else calls her ‘Evil’) does this every few days, at least, to the other cat and the dog, both of whom are much bigger than she and cower when they see her approach.
Gretta is one lucky pup. My cats do this to me all the time. Nothing better than having a warm furry kitty sitting on you purring you to sleep on a cold winters night. I do get a bit nervous when I wake up nose to nose with a kitty that has it’s paws on my neck, supposedly to warm it’s toe beans.

My 4 pound chihuahua is master (mistress?) of all she surveys. And every animal she meets recognizes it.
