Could be a satalite image Sponge Bob’s neighborhood. Or something Compound W might have a difficult time clearing up. Interesting still life in any event.

Brinke: that’s my favourite haiku so far. Nicely done to honour teeny tiny treasures.

  3. those would be great for my guinea pig!!

    From Sandy Bottoms?
    Where is Spongebob and Patrick?
    Oh, under my foot.

  7. My husband has a 300 gallon reef system in the dining room, we swap out the crushed coral at times (for maintaining pH) and find many species of tiny snails living and reproducing in there. Some adult snails in our tank are only 2 mm across. Awesome picture.

Absolutely delightful… unless those are normal-sized sea beasties being held by someone with MASSIVE FINGERS. That would be scary and eek.

I don’t know about the tiny spiral shell, but the others look like star sand. Apparently there are beaches in Japan where it’s nothing but star sand. I want to go there!
