      Depends on the dog. My late labrador would have doubled back the other way around the tree, and that could would have gotten licked naked.

      Or maybe just picked up gently and carried around for a while.

        Unless the cat was going up the tree to put on some pants, either way the cat was/is naked, so it couldn’t be licked anything other way.

    My cat did that to the neighbor dog once, except he jumped down onto the dog’s back and rode around the yard a couple of times. Dog stayed in his own yard after that.

  13. This reminds me of my friend’s dog. He was chasing a cat around the family car and the cat got bored. Cat jumped onto the fence but the dog was too excited and continued running around the car. The cat watched.
