    Try thees one:

or Google ‘elephant calf rescue’ and you will get a bunch of sites with the vid.

  10. BeautyOverload
Should be the name of this site
    Just for this picture.

  11. Green and orange

    MOST PARTICULARLY well-done, Gigi 🙂

    I dun been to Japan & ever’thin ‘ 🙂

  16. Fird Birfle says:

I think that the English structure is 5-7-5 syllables per line.

  17. I think N Fritz was making a haiku-joke about how to pronounce anole… 😉

  18. Fird Birfle says:

    “bang, bang; shoot shoot” ….

  19. Mary (the first) says:

    I agree! Breathtaking!!

  20. Mary (the first) says:

With all due respect, that wasn’t the question that N. posed…

  21. Mary (the first) says:

    Green, gold, magenta.
    Colors so spectacular,
    Lizard fits right in.

  22. Fird Birfle says:

oh wow you are abso keerect and I’m worthless. gah.

    *Emily Litella voice*

    “Never mind!!!”

  23. You’re right, however, that I messed with the structure. There shouldn’t be enjambment in haiku. And I meant for the a-no-le to rhyme with three!

  24. That is a simple but surprisingly beautiful pic. The colors, the curves of the leaves and stems, all of it.

  25. Mme. Stewart's Grade 4/5 Class says:

Written by my grade 4 and 5 students, class Haiku champions of the week:

    Lizards love lounging.
I just live to be in here.
    It’s my secret jungle!

    Multicoloured thing
    Cutest little face, so sweet
    Blends in with leaves, awwww

  26. Bienvenue, et f/elicitations `a tous!

  27. I love this photo, not just is it cute – but the colors are just beautiful. I would totally have this in a frame on my wall.. awesome!
