Ball!

The best part of this photo? The space between the flying belleh and the ground..the leetle puppeh shadow. Of course, the feller on the right has that Larry hair part going, so there’s that too.

Larry, indeed. I wouldn’t have caught that if you hadn’t mentioned it. These 3 could be the 3 Stooges with the ball attacker as Curly.

  2. Or……… Larry, Darryl, and Darryl…..!!!
(Enny moar groups wif a Larry in them….???)

Okay. This has nothing to do with anything but I need the help of peeps. I’m going to move from Vegas, this dirty, hot city full of crazy people. I’m thinking of moving to either Colorado or New Mexico…some place with a very high elevation. Some place where it’s not considered strange to walk about oustside bare foot. Where is this place?

    • ceejoe says:

Well, I think you can leave out Michigan, since you would not want to walk outside barefoot during our winters… :)

      • Gigi says:

Ditto with Canada unless you want to loose toes to frostbite.

      • Casey says:

Pah! Michigan’s fine for walking bearfoot at least 6 months of the year. Most the country is going to have a winter too cold for barefoot walking. Michigan’s great! But not of high elevation.

Sounds like you’re looking for the ski-bum, Nature Valley, granola hippie places in Colorado to me : )

Australia!!! Come on down to the land Down Under.

Hawaii! We gotcha bare feet, high elevations (when you’re not right on the beach) …

I have a friend who used to live in Fort Collins CO and she really liked it.

Albuquerque NM and also Tuscon AZ are fab. httpp://www.visittucson.org/
Austin TX is not high elevation but is a wonderful city and has a vibrant arts scene.

I would recommend looking at realtor.com when you are considering different cities to search on what kind of housing you could buy within your budget. They do rentals too…
Look at the official websites for stats such as weather, crime rates, cost of living, employment rates etc.

Good luck and I hope you find the perfect spot!! :)

Wow! You guys are so cool. I’m thinking Santa Fe…

        • Lisa Carol says:

The most important thing of all: forget little things like weather, crime rates, costs etc. (sorry, Saffron): who cares about them? The important thing is that you have excellent internet access so that we continue to always have you here on CO!!! ML <3

The mountains of northern New Mexico are lovely, not as cold as Colorado. A friend of mine in the ‘burbs of Seattle sends gorgeous pictures. On the west side of the Cascades, the winters are not as cold there, either. Hope you find just the right place for you.

I didn’t think of Larry. I thought of “The Colonel: The Early Years”. Maybe I’m watching too much Disney. Anyone else see the resemblance?
