So it’s not really turtles all the way down. There’s a giant hand at the bottom. And some sort of blurry ground under that.

All I can think of is how Eloise’s shell and feet must feel on one’s palm. I think I need to find me a bebeh turtle and check for myself.
To give you an idea: kinda pokey around the feets, from my experience.
I think I will give Haley L. a big hardy handshake for bringing us Eloise.
Walks off slipping hand discreetly into handbag and depositing Eloise into a fluffy compartment.
