Not sure what I like more – the jaunty musak or the ‘ehn!!!‘ stylings of these little guys:

Sender-Inner Patricia A. knows that we love these ‘Ehn!’ moments.

  1. I would also like to point out the another original “Ehn!” moment:

  2. I’ll try to ignore the misgivings I have of a worm-infested jungle gym play area to admit these guys (individually) can be kind of cute. They’re only missing little Swiss yodeler hats to look like they ‘ehn’ed’ their way out of some Richard Scarry books and Scarry town.

  3. and the half-inch worm too!

  4. Ehnch Worms. I’m convinced they’re being puppeteered.

  5. warrior rabbit says:

They’re kind of (surprisingly) speedy, considering…

  6. JohnnyJohnny says:

Did this music remind anyone else of Randy riding his “hippidy-hop?”

  7. I think inchworms just love playgrounds! I remember in elementary school there were always inchworms everywhere, and I thought they were so cute 🙂

  8. edmundh says:

I was expecting the music to be something along the lines of “Hi ho, hi ho, it’s off to work we go!”

  9. phred's mom says:

Not so lowly Lowly Worm, Sugitomo. Lowly was my favorite Scarry character in
    my daughter’s (and granddaughter’s) books.

  10. I don’t know, I’m getting the feeling that they’re planning something.

  11. That was a nice bonus at the end, wasn’t it? 🙂

  12. That was a nice bonus at the end, wasn’t it? 🙂

  13. simulflow says:

    Sorry bout that.

  14. Ouch! Watch out for splinters little ehnners. The ehnners are so leetle a teeny splinter’s likely to be lethal!

  15. CathyDee says:

This should be the automatic response to any post mentioning an inchworm:

  16. CathyDee says:

    Dang it:

  17. CathyDee says:

Fer cryin’ out loud!!! It’s Danny Kaye as Hans Christian Andersen measuring the marigolds!!!!!! This failure to embed properly is ruining the good vibe!!!!

  18. 6rabbits says:

Love Danny Kaye! Had no idea that’s where the song originated, though!!

  19. I love this one:

    A muppet inchworm? How prosh.

  20. Whups, this is the one I had in mind:

  21. Alice Shortcake says:

For some reason I like to imagine that inchworms whistle cheerfully as they go about their business.

  22. Hahaha, love the music! 🙂

  23. Fird Birfle says:

    a worthwhile possibility ….

  24. Fird Birfle says:

    They’re TOTALLY stylin’,
in their bright, neon yellow-y green ensemble !!!

  25. wow, amazing how much cuter they are on my computer instead of caught in my hair cause I walked under a tree.

  26. Rachael says:

I’m not much of a woim person in general but these guys rock! They are really, really adorbs.

  27. 6rabbits says:

Kar, now I want a muppet inchworm!!!!
