THIS JUST IN: Kute Klinging Koala

This is the story of a koala so adorable, he could only be called Crescent Head Jimmy. Orphaned in 2009 and weighing less than two pounds, Jimmy was rescued by Koala Hospital Port Macquarie, who raised him and returned him to the wild. Years later, a collection of his photos became a Internet sensation.

That reminds me of those koala clip-on toys that we had in the 80′s. Put them on pencils and everything.

I had a collection of those. I wish I still had them. I use to put them on my blue gene jacket collar and rear view mirror.

Don’t usually say anything but I saw your comment Kar, and had to come add:

I work as a housekeeper at a hotel outside Yellowstone NP, and have received several of those clip-ons from our Aussie guests instead of tips! They’re so darn cute; they usually end up living on the handle to my fridge door. <3

Awwww! I want my very own day spa + laundry hamper….might make doing the laundry a bit more enjoyable :)

  3. Sue says:

Whoever belongs to the leg in the first picture must be yelling out some obscenities with those claws digging in to the leg..

    I had a pencil-holder like Jimmy!

Last pick: Koala caught bear naked in a tummy laundering scandal refuses to reveal the name of his furry companion. Claims his euca-lip-tusses are sealed.

  6. Sprock says:

    It’s the Snuggle bear!

  7. Of course all three pictures are un-bear-ably cute.

  8. I checked my kitchen sink and my laundry basket, but all I found was dishes to clean and shirts to iron.

There are some suspicious scratches on my legs though, so I will hold out hope…

The last picture is all “HELLO, LADEEEEEZ!”
That is perhaps the sexiest animal picture I have ever seen. Perhaps we need a new tag.

If when I get home tonight there is not a little koala sitting beside my kitchen sink, I am going to make a BIG SCENE.

Will this before or after you squish Eddy into your glass bowl?

      • Fird Birfle says:

        poor Eddy.

        *sigh*

        • skippymom says:

Poor Eddy my a**. He is so spoiled, and all he does is complain. Watch out or I’ll pack his bags and send him down to Jacksonville with your name and address on a tag around his neck.
*obligatory disclaimer–yes of course I really do love poor Eddy*

          • Fird Birfle says:

seems like a delightful solution to moi!!!

(JK as long as you really *ARE* spoiling him, as nearly all cats deserve)

          • Teresa says:

You can send Eddy to me in Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada, skippymom :D

    • Theresa says:

Wait, don’t you always do that anyway?
