I still say that picture from July 6th looks like a toy dog and not a real wow wow ! But this one here is certainly, and absolutely adorable & cute !!

trixandsam – your comment was not there when I posted! But Bichons tend to be curlier I think. Never known a Bichon personally but I did use to have a friend with a Maltese and she was a little white floof just like this one.
ams100 – I’ve raised three Bichons from puppeh stage and they have pretty straight hair when they start out. I lean towards this being Maltese, though, because of the eyes but whether it’s one or the other is like trying to decide between ice cream and chocolate cake. I’m happy with either!

I doggie-sat a teeny little morsel like this many years ago. A teacup Maltese named Mr. Woo! He could fit in a shirt pocket and was so ridiculously cute that everyone we met was barfing rainbows.
