  3. kittyisinnocent says:

Ugh, I wish that guy wasn’t actually selling marmosets. And keeping a black leopard in a cage.

  4. Marmoset knock you out….

  5. Sasha's Mum says:

Ok, the music was fine … but I’d much rather have the meeping monkey sounds! Can we have an alternate soundtrack version please?

  6. roastpotato says:

    Ditto!

  7. Theresa says:

    Two hard-boiled eggs! HONK!

  8. The best part of waking up
    Is monkey in your cuuuuuuup!

  9. LOL

  10. “Baby Monkey,
    Baby Monkey,
    standing in a cup,
    Baby Monkey.”

    {with apologies to the original lyricist}

  11. 260Oakley says:

    The very latest in cup-holders

  12. Marmoset there’d be days like this?

  13. Mamabear says:

This is EXACTLY what I said when I watched this cup o’ monkey clip:

  19. I like! It’s funny… = )

  20. ams1001 says:

I’m diggin’ the music too. The video was posted by these folks: http://poggisanimalhouse.com/contact, maybe they’ll tell you what the music is :)

  21. fleurdamour says:

This coffee is a primate blend.

  22. So perfect. *bows to oakley’s prowess*

  23. Cambridge Rat Mom says:

    So tiny.

  24. Tell me his name is Joe, please…

  25. Mamabear says:

Actually, his name is Joseph, but he said that you can call him “Joe”.

  26. Mamabear says:

I LOVE that song! We sing it a little different in our house, though. Kids, ya know.

The best part of waking up
    is vultures in your heeeart!

When my (now 20 year old) son was a wee one he thought that’s what they were saying and we all thought it was a MUCH better ditty. Go ahead. Sing it like that. I sorta does sound like what they are saying.

  27. Hair of the monkey that bit you? *rim shot*

  28. YAY!

  29. SlaveToCat says:

Well good morning and nice to meet you Mr. Joe Black…… swooons and falls down ded.

  30. SlaveToCat says:

    Dark Roast

  31. SlaveToCat says:

Maybe that’s what happened to the Red Sox ;)

  32. dubyah1 says:

I’m not a coffee fan, so perhaps some GrrrrApe juice or Orang Crush with my Gorilla’d cheese sammich?

  33. fleurdamour says:

That is a damn fine cup of coffee.

  34. Linda Vickerson says:

There’d be days like this, my marmoset!

  35. BiancaD says:

    Ditto.

  36. murkle46 says:

The poor little fellow looks unhappy about his predicament. The towel looks like it was placed to attract the marmoset to it,as a refuge of comfort.

  37. fleurdamour says:

    I’ll have a monkey-ato.

  38. That’s what I was thinking !

  39. O.k. Now I’m ticked off ! None of the clay I make cups with comes with
baby monkeys ! I am going to have a serious talk with my clay supplier !
    Harumph !!!!

  40. No one has asked for Mon-kay Oh-lay!

  41. and meeping monkey – lovely word – I shall want to use that – never heard that before but it is very well suited to the cute little voice – I think possibly a Capuchin-o would be my choice – hate to insult the lil critters but they seem so “human”

  42. Rachael says:

    Just one word: WANT!!!!

  43. Not sure about this video, should it have a Cute or Sad tag?
This baby looks very unhappy and seems to be calling for mom…makes me a little uncomfortable :(

  44. victoreia says:

    Earworm!

  45. victoreia says:

    EX-actky!

  46. dgerish says:

Oooh, I thought of that too! Not your version, the original.

  47. dgerish says:

And of course NOMTOM and y’all knew this, but the pedant in me can’t resist: capuchin monkeys got their names from the Capuchin monks who invented cappucino. Excellent triple entrendre there!
