This would be an ermine, I believe, Can’t see the tail to confirm it though.Non squee ahead-Hubby found one of the little critters in the cellar, sadly-it had been bitten & had passed on. It was a beautiful little animal. Very fierce little things, they can take down a full grown rabbit!

I have noticed that kitteh Mamas have Very Strong Maternal Instincts. It’s a Bebeh, and it needs a Mama. “It’s okay, Bebeh, I’ll be your Mama.”
I have never seen an actual weasel before ! They’re related to ferrets, minks, otters, skunks and wolverines ! Family : Mustelidae …
Except in this case. If Bebeh believes cat is Mama, maybe it’s Felidae…
