Just a Drop in the Cute Bucket

They say an atom is the smallest unit of matter. Even smaller is the neutron and the proton. After that is the quark. But then, there’s the microlope; really more of a theoretical concept, also known as the antimatter antelope.

World’s smallest Royal Antelope born at Lowry Park Zoo, Tampa, FL! Check it out at  Zooborns!

Can we put a quarter next to it, so that we can get some scale?

how does something so fragile survive?…

If we had studied the microlope in school I might have paid more attention in physic class.

My thoughts precisely! Then again, microlopes probably bounce around very much like electrons, and are thus difficult to research. Maybe they can be bombarded with ponyons, and calculate the average Qte-values from there…

unfortunately, once you look at them, they change course and become unpredictable… it’s the Heisenberg Microlopenty Principal.

I am dead from the cute, yet alive at the same time in a Schrodingerish way.

Cripes. A feeble physics joke* is enough to land you in the Mod Lounge now?

First dere was de pocket giraffe, then the micro peegs, then the house hippo, not to mention the wee ponies (& whatever qte small critters I might have forgotten)! Now y’all hit me wif dees lil’ fella! Where, exactly, do I get nanolope food?! Hmmm? Didn’t think of that, did we?! Oh well, I don’t need to eat this month, anyway! ;-)
