Wear These Booties and You’ll Never Be Afraid of Tiled Floors Again

Wow, I feel braver already. I used to be afraid of tiled floors. They’re slippery! Now, any tiles mess with me and there will be consequences!

The part of Pup in Boots is being played by Quincy Bean, Bryn S.’s Boston Terrier.

Oh dear! Look at those spindly ankles! Very stylish shoes though. Do we see a zipper? BOL!!

  3. Linda Allen says:

The color pattern on the shoes matches the color pattern on his head!–white vertical stripe across brown. Too neat!

  6. WendyLady says:

The look definitely says “Aw mom, do I have too? I wanted the Red Chuck Taylors like what Bobby has down the road.”

Poor thing looks so embarrassed. That’s what happens when you have loving/(smothering) parents who insist on you wearing your galoshes so you don’t get sick! I suspect he milks this for extra kisses and treats.

No one has yet noticed that his shoes…MATCHINKS WITH HIS FACE!!!

  9. Gigi says:

He really looks sorry for himself, I think he’s afraid the other dogs will make fun of him at Doggy Day Care.

Those booties are high fashion and blend in so well, that puppers need not be embarrassed. My dogs too have suffered in this house from the tile and hardwood floors when they are suddenly struck with the got-to-runs. One, in his older years, refused to go up the steps and needed carried to bed at night. The booties are awesome and chic. Quincy, your mama loves you!

This is my Boston. It’s Quincy but we say it with the Z (we’re in MA…even though it’s western MA).

Beanie, as we normally call her, was MORTIFIED that the boots were a part of her “going out” routine. She did get extra treats/snuggles when we came back inside though :)

  18. Wvaden says:

Doggies wearing shoes always look so sad :(

  19. FJS says:

What is a grandparent to do? Quincy is seriously muttering about her overprotective mom and the eyes say it all–darn good thing she can’t talk (the words would not be pleasant), but it sure makes for a cute picture to add to her portfolio–now is there anyone out there who needs a model, because the photo shoot can be arranged (for a fee)! Love the picture and the grand-dog!

  20. Cutie Bootie!!

  21. Patty says:

    Bryn-That is one stylin’ pup.
As someone who has an older dog, we have tried finding the right booties to help him with the kitchen floors- can you tell me where you got the booties? Everything we’ve tried so far has failed to do the job. Thanks!

I found the boots in Marshall’s (I think I saw them in Home Goods @ one point as well). Bonus – they were on sale! Hope you find something that works for your pup!
