I believe the Japanese name for owl is fukurou, which comes from Classical Chinese character for owl – 梟 (xiao). That word also means fierce, so I guess we all had same ideas about the owl

It´s so cute! It plays just like a kitten, including the head tiltingz and getting easily distracted. All we need is a butt wiggle and we have a kitten with wings.
Bebeh owl is in school! He learnin’ to be Big Owl! Owls is predatorbird with big clawses on toes (better to grip mices wit’), and he practice on somethin’. If all them shadows was mice, he would have Big Owl Indigestion from eatin’em all. You go, Bebeh Owl, you practice them Big Owl moves!
This is so cute! I am wondering where the owl is. There is a leg band on the right leg, as you are looking at the baby owl and it is in a hand made wooden cage. I would like to know a little more about this.
