    Just a quick fact about the role of hedgehogs in forming our language. The Ancient Greeks often kept pet hedgehogs. When first introduced to one, a common response was “Eeeee, quilly!” Over many years, that phrase came into the English language as “equally”, such as “that animal is equally cute to any other on earth.” And that is how the word “equally” came to us.
