More like Nom-bie puppies! Love how the other dog (mom or dad) is all “meh”

  2. Guinea Peeg Lover says:

Yay! The kitty survived! But not for long…… Muhuhahahahahahahaha…..

  3. Blanche says:

    Me no likey.

  4. pyrit says:

LOL! Another reason to save the trees!

  5. Entropy's Bitch says:

Those puppehs are like the kitty’s big brothers. *tackle tickle tackle tickle*

  6. skippymom says:

This is the scariest movie I have ever seen.

  7. Gigi says:

    We shall leek you.

  8. Tracylee says:

    Awww x10^23
I want to be attacked by a marauding herd of puppies too!!
Yet another life’s goal on the list…

  9. Jackie Rose says:

    Poor kitty.

  10. Ozbirds says:

    Oh the horror!
*goes outside to await zombie puppy attack*

  11. Ozbirds says:

Hey, I’m in the mod lounge, I haven’t been here in a while. I’ll have a doughnut and coffee thanks.

  12. ash says:

I think he was actually digging on it a little bit!

  13. AuntieBellum says:

I want to be that kitteh.

  14. I’ve tangled with an kitty who didn’t want to be caught once. (long story, I wasn’t being mean, I promise.) If kitty really, REALLY didn’t want to be buried under all those pups, she would have made that pretty clear. I think she was having fun.

  15. Laura says:

I didn’t find this very cute, but then again I am a cat person.

    • Nassegris says:

      Well…

If you’re a cat person, how come you didn’t notice the little stretch the kitty does under the puppy pile, or the fact that the tail is up when s/he runs off?

Most of us kitty-owners (34 years old, oldest cat is 21, had cats since I was 4), can tell pretty easily if a cat is unhappy. If that had been MY kitty, he’d have had a serious hissyfit and it would have been everything but an ideal situation – this kitty? This kitty is simply putting up with it, probably enjoying it a bit… and gallavanting off when it gets too much.

Absolutely adorable and I’m not even keen on dogs.

  16. wuyizidi says:

“Ladies, ladies, it’s unseemly to push. There is enough Puss in Boots for everyone.”

  17. Mina says:

It’s the wagging tails that make it so damn sinister.

  18. Nikki says:

In the beginning, the cat actually looks like she is stretching her front paw out to provide more licking surface for the puppies…

  19. Tracey says:

they cat seemed to enjoy it. after all , it was a cat..and if anyone can put puppies in their place is a cat.

  20. JackalopeGirl says:

:( Poor kitteh… does not look to happy.

  21. JackalopeGirl says:

But… then again, perhaps she’s just lovin’ the attention. ;)

  22. Celia says:

Plus towards the end when her back feet were free she made no attempt to kick them.

  23. Eggz says:

How did that cat not destroy them?

  24. Vanilla says:

If Kitty was unhappy she would have let them know it. And she did leave when she’d had “just about enuf, thank you!’ (And without bloodshed.)

  25. Janer says:

Aaaahh, the music makes it brilliant-er!!

  26. Mela says:

I was a little concerned just because there were so many of them, were they licking the cat? That is the funniest, most worrisome thing I have seen on CO.

  27. T says:

Our puppy pom Dori plays like that with kitty Ricochet! She adores him and he will just let her lick on him (and chew as well!) When he has had enough he will get up on something tall – until then he is fine with the attack!

  28. warrior rabbit says:

That is one patient cat! Huh.

  29. Ali-Baba says:

Man those puppehs dig their orange marmalade! I wonder if the cat’s name is Robinson? ;-)

  30. Fird Birfle says:

    *clutches pearls in anguish*

    “OH NO !!!
This is SO HORRIFIC !!!! “

  31. jen says:

only a marmie would put up with that!

    • Nell says:

Whoa, my eyes are really getting bad! At first glance, I thought you said, “only a marine would put up with that!” lol!

  32. Blue Footed Booby says:

    What a patient cat.

“Oh! Oh God! Help me! Help meeeeee!”

  33. Simi says:

Hard to tell whether the cat was really being forced into submission. Usually cats are like “F*ck y’all!” when they feel threatened or don’t like something (hiss, puff, swat), so I think either this cat was really laid back or conditioned not to attack. Either way, it managed to escape. Should be alright.

  34. Bashful says:

    Tolerant cat is tolerant.

  35. Lewis n' Clark says:

Or she’s been around puppehs a lot. My niece’s old lab Jewel (RIP) would slowly put Sally Cat’s entire head in her mouth, then slowly take it out. THe cat just sat there, her head hair covered in drool. Quite a sight if no one is in the room to explain it to you the first time you saw it!

    • Mela says:

Haha, that is an AMAZING story, a lion tamer reversal of sorts! ;D I hope you guys got pics of that!!

    • Fird Birfle says:

      @ L n C: 8-O

    • ceejoe says:

My brother’s dog Ozzie does that to his cat Dac. Pretty funny to watch, although, like L&C said, the first time I saw it, I almost freaked.

    • Theresa says:

My brother’s college friend’s dog Dook used to do that to his kitten, too. Scared the bejesus out of their peeps. But that’s exactly what dogs to to puppies that are getting a little, shall we say, spirited.

    • One of our cats LOVED it when the 80-pound mutt used her as a chew toy. I’d find them both on the bed, him with a big doggie grin, Little Kitty between his front paws covered in spit and purring.

  36. ratchic says:

Puppeh stampede!!! Kitty has a plan.
Kitty learned from the Tv that zombies don’t eat ded things, so while playing ded it got leeeked and tickeled all over. Then, using the zombie pup smell in its fur, kitty will sneak into the abandoned grocery store and have itself a meal while hiding on the top shelf of the cat food aisle.

  37. chanpon says:

Kitty’s narrow escape. Oh to be trampled by those little wagging puppers.

  38. Fird Birfle says:

Multiple puppies x rotating tailios = perpetual motion machine !!!

  39. It´s NeoCat fighting off the multiple Smith Agent Puppies in The Matrix ReFluffed! :)

  40. Jude says:

I think it’s awesomly cute and yeah, the cat if it had wanted to leave earlier, it would have! At the end it didn’t even jump on one of the cars where it would have been safe for sure!

But what happens at 0:38? The camera sways to the puppies’ mum/dad and then comes back on the mass attack and the floor below the puppies/cat has changed! So this all lasted much longer than the 0:57 seconds? THAT is one patient cat!

  41. Gigi59 says:

I agree, that kitteh was enjoying those Zom-pups. My old cat always was very clear when he had enough of the dogs. I am very disappointed that I haven’t had a puppy fix in a long time. Gotta find some….ahhhhh….puppy breath!

  42. Tracylee says:

    A Mongrel-ian horde?

  43. Rachael says:

Disappointed that the marauding hordes of zombie puppies haven’t yet reached my town. *sulk*

I think the kitteh was lovin’ it too. Cats have a way of making their displeasure known. LOL

  44. TUM says:

Pups: Mom! Mom! Mom! Mom! Mom!

Cat: I’m not your Mom, kids. For the millionth time, I’m Peaches the Cat.

    Pups: Mom! Mom! Mom! Mooooooo-ooooom!

Cat: Look, kids, your mother is standing right over there…

Dog: I’m staying out of this one. I don’t get that much me-time anymore.

    Cat: Hey, that tickles!

Pups: Mom! Mom! Mom! Mom! Mom!

Cat: Kids, it’s me, Uncle Peaches!

    Pups: Mom! Mom! MOM!

    • elishab says:

      Uncle Peaches……*snerk*

    • ashagato says:

my best friend’s marmie kitty when I was a kid was Peaches, aka Peach! i didn’t realize how humorously inappropriate the name was back then, he was a sweetie to us but one of the biggest, manliest cats I’ve ever known, very territorial. he always had battle scars, his ears all ripped up from fighting any Tom impertinent enough to come near. and his favorite place to sleep was right in the middle of the street, a big-ass furry orange blob causing mini-traffic jams, and he’d take his sweet time getting up and walking off when a beeping car became annoying enough to finally get him to move. i loved Peach! he started my life-long love of cats…

  45. Soraya says:

    those tails!!!!!

  46. Carolyn says:

This is hysterical! I love the tail motion.

  47. RosieLB says:

    Oh, the felinity!

  48. Mackósajt says:

    Sooooooooooooooooooooooo cute!!! :) Love them! :P :P :P

  49. Malia says:

Agrees with the cat is somewhat enjoying it. I have two cats and believe me, my 6’4″ husband can’t even hold her when she doesn’t want to be held. Cats can kick like bunnies and use their razor sharp claws to deliver some serious protest warnings. That cat wasn’t even fighting. Also as one person said if a cat runs away with its tail high it is not upset at all. I think that was super cute especially with the zombie description!

  50. Deb says:

The tails waving hectically to the beat of the music!!! So crazily cute. Such a perfect soundtrack.
It is all adorable, no bullying – the cat was happily submitting to the licks and nibbles of the puppies, and then, as cats are wont to do, decided it had had enough and pranced off to some new activity.

  51. y knot says:

Zombie puppy love–please issue a T-shirt and tuck a puppy inside with each order. Thank you. That is all.

  52. Redscylla says:

Those perfume sales girls inside the mall can be *so* aggressive.

  53. CiroccoK says:

Oh please. If that cat had felt even slightly uncomfortable – it would have been outta there like a cat outta hell. Kitten was having a good time, no doubt. And when kitten got bored, kitten left. No one puts kitten in a korner.

  54. Mudbug says:

    Nommmmmssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  55. Kar says:

I love how Mom’s there, looking into the distance like, “My kids are doing what? No, I don’t see them.”

Seriously though, who wouldn’t love to die by puppies?

  56. earlybird1 says:

    Mom is all, “whatevs.”

  57. Jane says:

All that tail wagging really made me laugh. The cat is such a good sport!

  58. Leo the Yardie Chick says:

So cute! The wagging tails did me in. =D

Believe me, I once had two cats, and cats have a very low b.s. tolerance index. If the cat hated it, there would be a litter of scratched and bawling puppies, while Kitty walks off looking, “I wish a mufugga WOULD!”. S/he put up with it until s/he started getting annoyed. =3

  59. acm says:

that is one SERIOUSLY good-natured cat!! wow.

  60. Psychethos says:

Ah, to be overwhelmed by a horde of puppies.

  61. Kim says:

I’m waiting for my very own NOM-bie hoard. *Taps foot impatiently*
