  6. DanS says:

He probably still thinks it’s Caturday.

  7. Queen of Dork says:

Oh gosh well for heaven’s sake. I have to very gently pet the tummy. And then…(going in)…I must place a smoochie kiss on the pink kitten lips. Now, I must run from the sharp claws trying to rearrange my facial skin.

  8. Blanche says:

    TOEBEAN offering!
I’ll take all of them, thank you. wrapped to-go.

  9. Noelegy says:

I had to have blood drawn yesterday, and had a bandage in the fold of my elbow. Last night, Maggie kitten got up on my desk, and I thought she was giving me kisses on my “owie,” when in fact she was trying to pull off the bandage with her teeth…

    • Fird Birfle says:

(I’ll choose, to just ignore the last 14 words of your story,
and stick with the part, where she was giving you kisses on your “owie” :) )

(and a snorglesnorglesnorgle for the kitters)

  15. emmberrann says:

Umm, judging from the fact that this li’l sleppyhead is still racked out, I’d say it’s time to switch to reg’lar, and getchyer caffeine On!
I used to love when Picky did this, it was as if the rest of the world went away, and the honkshus were the only thing that mattered. (P.S., they were, at least, at the time.) Apologies for being maudlin, it’s a year ago plus two weeks since he died.

  16. Nikki says:

This photo would be seriously cool in 3D–toebeans coming right at you! Cutie Patootie.

  17. Mary (the first) says:

OMG Kitteh arm pits!! One of my favoritest places on a kitteh!! sigh.

  18. Sprock says:

Is it wrong that I feel as though my life is filled with TOO FEW kitty armpits? I really think my quality of life would be improved in direct proportion to the number of kitty armpits to which I am exposed. Or is it just me?

    • Fird Birfle says:

      it ain’t just you!!

I rather like this one (below) although less is visible of the armpit axis …

      • Sprock says:

Thanks for sharing, FB. What the marmie kitty pic is lacking in visible armpits,is more than made up for with floofy tummy. I luvs me some floofy tummy.

        • JLAMusings says:

Oh man I know what you mean- I never thought much about kitty armpits until I got my all-grey kitty who has one little white spot under his armpit. I love to tickle him there (much to his horror).

          • sunnylessmum says:

“much to his horror” ROFLMAO! I can just see his expression… they seriously do not understand our fascination with their adorable parts, which is, come to think of it, almost all of their parts! :)

  19. chanpon says:

Catladies and Catgents, I introduce the gentle toe curls on the pillow in the back. *polite applause*

  20. Teresa says:

AWW :D I so want to snorgle Spike :D How old is your dear sweet kitty, Jennifer C.? :D

  21. Noelegy says:

Who else tried to turn their heads upside down in order to see the kitty’s face properly?

  22. Fird Birfle says:

    YAY “sleppy” !!!!!!!

    *activates pompoms*

  23. Fird Birfle says:

relevant to pyrit’s third sentence in the Title here.

  25. Queen of Dork says:

Gosh. I don’t know you guys. I just want to smooch and smoosh him. Is it just me?

    • Queen of Dork says:

P.S. – I showed this photo to my teenage daughter, Princess of Dork, and she was just like, “Well. Now that thing is just beYOND cute. That’s just too much.” :)

      • Nikki says:

Queenie, I LOVE that you have a Princess of Dork roaming around your Dorkdom Palace! :)

        • Queen of Dork says:

Oh thank you Nikki! That’s so sweet of you to say! Yes, I do have a Princess of Dork over here. She is quite kind and loving to people and pets! She loves the pictures and comments on this site. She’s also very patient with my dorkiness and she kind of embraces some in her own personality. :)

    • victoreia says:

I’d say it’s just you, but since I’m ahead of you in line…… ;)

    • Theresa says:

      Erm . . . no.

  26. kibblenibble says:

Dear friends, thanks for all the prayers and good wishes. It looks like we may be able to dissolve George’s bladder stones with a diet change, perhaps avoiding the necessity of surgery. Wish us luck. ♥

    • debg says:

Excellent! Kisses to George, and may good health return soon.

    • Kibblenibble… That is Great news… Please to give George scritches and cuddles from me. YAY!!!!!!

    • kimmaroo says:

Awesome news, Kibblenibble! Best wishes to George for a speedy recovery. My beloved Buckwheat used to get urinary stones. The proper diet made all the difference.

    • Teresa says:

YAY :D I am so happy to hear that your dear sweet kitty, George, will be ok, Kibblenibble :D

    • sunnylessmum says:

Good luck! Wonderful news! And if he complains about his new diet, you’ll just have to have the “it’s a whole lot better than surgery dear” talk. ;) Seriously, that is great news, I am so happy for your kitty!

    • kibblenibble says:

Thanks, everybody, for your support, it means a lot. George is enjoying all the extra scritches and pets and kisses you’ve been sending. He loves his new food, so that means he will eat it without complaining…Yay! Also, I found out the stones are pretty small, so he should be feeling better in a week or so, if all goes well! :-)

  27. tracylee says:

oh, kitteh kitteh kitteh…. if ONLY Miss Schnozz had LET me sleep in… she should take a page from your book

  28. renni says:

Perfect way to stretch out that extra hour we got at the end of DST.

  31. Threadjack.

is anyone else completely entranced with “Once upon a Time” i finally watched teh pilot and I really like it so far.

    • Fird Birfle says:

      kittyadv:
YUP!! I haven’t watched it, myself, yet…but QoD was telling me all about her and Princess/ Dork enjoying that ….during this past weekend!!

    • Mela says:

I did my senior thesis on the evolution and santization of fairy tales so I am very interested in retellings of old tales. Its funny that you threadjacked because I just watched last night’s episode online. I was riveted by the storyline, its really becoming interesting. I like Grimm too – the effects are a little cheesy but I like the energy and suspense!

    • Noelegy says:

I haven’t watched it yet, but I’ve heard it’s good, and it has Robert Carlyle, whom I love, in it. May have to check it out.

      • Mela says:

OMG, how did I not realize that was Robert Carlyle, I kept perceiving him as Tim Roth for some reason. I am so good about these things usually. Ugh I am so embarrassed, I love the Full Monty, I don’t think I have seen him in anything else. I have never seen Angela’s Ashes; the book was so sad I don’t know if I could handle seeing the movie. I loved Frank McCourt’s stuff.

        • He is awesome at portraying Rumplestiltskin. The perfect combination of smarmy evil and greed.

        • 6Rabbits says:

If you’re interested, Robert Carlyle played Dr. Rush in the SyFy series “Stargate Universe.” Good series, great performances by him.
          Signed, Sci-Fi Geek :-)

        • AuntieBellum says:

He was also in the Hamish Macbeth television series, based on the books by M.C. Beaton.

It was a good series, but the Scottish brogue was so thick at times that I had trouble understanding it.

          • 6Rabbits says:

If I may suggest, try putting on the closed captioning. My nephew is deaf in one ear, so got used to it at his house. Amazingly helpful with accents and mumbling actors!

    • I liek both of them.. The Grimm one because it is well Grimm.

And Once upon a time because it is more complex.

My only complaint on the Once upon a time one is that they are using RED DELICIOUS APPLES AND CALLING THEM HONEY CRISPS. …REALLY… at least get the right color apple. I will assume they were filming in the summer and no Honey crisps were available.

  32. Mina says:

I would not be able to resist poking that kitty belleh. I’d hold out for about three and a half minutes.

    • victoreia says:

That long? *bows in awe* I’d last about three seconds!

      • skippymom says:

Seriously. What on earth would you be doing to fill those three and a half minutes?

      • @ Victoreia,
Two cute Kitties …you have two cute Kitties? I am jealous… Okay I have two of my own but still… you have a tuxie and an orange.

        • victoreia says:

Yup, thar be two of ‘em in that thar pic! Funny story: we were getting two to fill the void left by my previous two (we lost them within a month of each other–full marmie Butch w/ kidney failure, full tuxie Tabby mainly from old age [she was 18]). When we went to see a friend’s cat’s litter, I’d already decided at least one had to be a girl. Ezri (my black and white patches) was the only girl in the litter. Kyuri was the only one of her brothers with marmie coloring. It was fate!

        • victoreia says:

P.S. They say “thank you!” (Yes, they are fully aware of how cute they are!)

  33. Edip Gumuskaya says:

I need to meet with the owner of the Cat because after showing this to my wife.her comment was “you have to get me that pussycat – whatever it takes!”

  34. Nan says:

    beep

  35. Kim says:

    Ah, gorgeous pink toe beans.
