It’s a shar-pei (not to be confused with Shar-py). The ironic thing is their fur is actually quite rough and pointy-feeling

There are 3 types of coats that a shar pei can have – bear (shown in the pic above), brush, and horse. The horse coat is the coat that is the shortest and the most corse of the 3. I have a pei that is a brush coat and she feels like velvet!!!! SO SOFT!
