Cute Overload :D
Strut your tuff stuff!
This is Weasel, a 4 week old “Morkie” (Maltese/Yorkie). Photo by Kira M.
OMG I just know that’s actually someone’s bracelet.
I know, right?
Weasel’s adorable but really, what’s with the pointy things? He could hurt himself!
I am so-o clutching my pearls right now.
When your accessories weigh more than you, it’s time to get a make-over!
Would you guys consider this a doggie fashion faux-paw??
Teeny ear flaps!! *nomnomnom*
*Pokes eye on spiky collar*
ohmigawd y’all, I squealed so loud at my desk I had to cover it with a cough/sneeze combo (which ultimately turned out worse than the initial squeal), and then ended up laughing not only at pupster here but at myself and my awful noise… and my coworker came into my office and said “wth was that?!” so I tried to play if off with a “what are you talking about?”
needlesstosay, this is wicked cute.
Instantly recognizable through Collar ID.
I love the little splayed haunch action. I think the collar is too heavy for Weasel to sit up straight.
I agree! I’m not trying to be a “nuffer”, but as cute as the wee one is, I am worried about him poking himself, or the collar being too heavy for him… *worried eyes* Sooooo, I’m going to imagine that right after the pic was taken, the collar was taken off and a kindler and gentler one was put on… Yep, that’s the color of the sky in my world… *smile* Meanwhile, what a cutie patootie!!
I would totally wear that.
that is one rrrruff customer. not sure whether to flee or to squeee.
It’s a puppy that wants to be a Leather Bear!!!! GRRRRRRR ;P
Don’t let him near any balloons lest pop goes the Weasel!
All he needs now is a teeny tiny black leather motorcycle cap a la leather man from the village people
Weasel meet Calos another tough little dod.
Esta es mucho perro!
Weasel the Ewok models the latest in warrior fashion.
Maybe this was just a photo-op moment and the bracelet was safely removed afterward.
Especially when you’re so tiny, that carrying accessories heavier than you for more than a few mins could actually cause physical problems… I do wish it’s like Noelegy said, and the collar/bracelet was removed right after the photo was taken. The pup doesn’t at least like it at all.
Ha, here’s a new category: to flee or squee
I am tiny but I am mighty !
Shotgun ? I don’t need no stinkin’ shotgun!
Poor widdle doglet.
Since when is CO into blondage?
When his rrruff’s not enuff
And his scruff is in a cuff
Little dog barks “enough!”
And proves he’s no powderpuff
Yes, cute, cute! We see, we see. Now take it off, pleeeeze!
He looks a most reluctant rebel. Perhaps more emo than wild one?
Guys, seriously, it would be almost physically impossible for him to poke himself with a setup like that. The only time it would be an issue would be if he brought his back leg up to scratch at his ear. I’m sure he was fine for the amount of time it took to snap a few (adorable) photos.
tough but tender – perfection!
Come on, people. The bracelet’s weight is probably measured in grams, and there’s no way the puppy is going to get impaled on the studs. I’m sure he was fine, no need to furrow your brows and cluck and imply that the owner is placing the animal’s safety at risk. Besides, don’t you have your own pets to worry about? When was the last time you checked on them? They might be chewing something harmful!
You come on. That’s too much to lug around for that little one. Why don’t you strap one on?
@Pam: I have, thanks, and my boyfriend digs it.
Of course, the collar is way too wide for Weasel to move his head, and no matter if it’s supposed to be a human bracelet, it’s way too heavy for him to sit up straight. I hope, Hope, HOPE, the humans took it off right after the glamor camera shot, this is too adult for a puptini, no matter how goth he is.
haha, hey guys, I’m the one who took the photo of little Weasel, I think a little explanation is in order.
Yes, it is indeed a bracelet and not a collar.
He sat all sprawl-legged like that all the time, to no effect of the collar.
He never seemed in danger of poking himself and the spikes are fairly rounded on the end, a pointy bracelet wouldn’t be very pleasant either.
Yes, it was actually quite heavy. It didn’t bother him at all as he was sitting there, but he was a puppy and pretty active so he didn’t sit still for long. The moment after the photo was snapped, he tried to run off and toppled over head-first because of the bracelet (and the fact that his head was more than half his weight). I giggled and removed the bracelet and he ran off to play. No harm done and it wasn’t on him for long.
Also, sadly, not all of the photos I submitted were posted, so here are some links to more adorable moments in the life of Weasel!
Weasel? Is he a cunning little devil? I bet he’s an adorable handful.
Were those pic’s with his littermates?
No, he was the only one in his litter, but we had another litter born around the same time.
And yes, he certainly IS cunning and an adorable handful. He has our hearts, that’s for sure.
Come on guys ,are you kidding me…. If I try and lay down I’m going to stab my paw!
My name is not spike, get this off. I could get rugburn. Call me ruler of the house, call me anything, just remove this punishment thingy, please.
trying to be like Abby Scuito!! (NCIS)
