As a long time admirer of VOKRA in Vancouver Yayyy!! (The link to their site from the picture is broken though, I know they’d love all CO’ers to be able to visit…) I’ve trapped many a cat and kitten and handed over to their safekeeping, always lots of fuzzies looking for luv……….

It’s a catspiracy!! My husband has been bugging me this week to adopt 2 kittens that one of my coworkers has to give and you guys keep showing photos and video of kittens.
We still have 4 cats in the house that’s plenty, right? Help me out here, 4 is enough right?
I just wish I hadn’t seen photos of them…marmies…with blue eyes!!!

I have 5 indoor cats and 3 outdoor cats. You can never have too many. I thought 4 were enough too until this itty bitty kitty was at my house the night before an 18 inch snowstorm. Well …… 4 turned into 5 and there is no difference lol.

Now granted I have 7 kids (cats) but I also always have at least two to cuddle up with any time I take a cat nap or go to sleep at night. (not including my hubby)
Besides it’s all kinds of fun to stand in any room & call out “where’s my kids?”
to have them come running from all over the house to see what “mommy” wants. ;oD

What a great way to spend a hot Caturday! Also, this could be a fantastic fundraiser for any Rescue group! Just set up a monitor and camera at your event with on side of the inclosure wall being a slip in/out of any catature- er- caricature and it will draw attention to your adoption booth. The movements of curious cute cats will always do the trick!

On fourth observation of this lil’ guy/ gal, I’m realizing that he/she really has *QUITE* the Tummy Ackshon goin’ on …. even almost “blorp”-worthy

Uh-oh. I’d better give him a kiss and a snuggle. I think he looks kind of upset. Prolly ’cause his ears haven’t poked all the way out yet.

Yeah! Like that! But with pointy, kitty ears. Also, I’ll never, ever forget how my sister re-named the scientific term for a litter of kittens. She one day looked at a litter of kitties and said, “Oh! Look! Oodles and oodles of skoodle boodles!” The best part of this story is that, no, she wasn’t a little kid when she said that. She was in her 30s.
LOL, that’s great!! If it’s not the scientific term, it SHOULD be.

Hey! My cat Albert says that all the time to me. He hides behind and/or under things and then when I unsuspectingly walk by, he leaps STRAIGHT up and out with claws extended and yells, “Raaaaawwwrrrr!” (It’s actually pretty scary. gulp.)
Maggie said “Myep” to me last night. I picked her up and that was what emerged from her mouf.
A friend of mine in GA is owned by a Sharpei (or partial Sharpei; I don’t have the full data) named Angus.

Heh. My Murphy (big black kitteh) is quite a talker, and hubby was “meowing” back at him today. They went back and forth for some time, and after a while I commented that Murphy sounded as though he were gently correcting hubby’s pronunciation.
