Not to mention a bedtime story.

But why would you leave your poor puppy’s feet cold like that? :(

  20. corianne says:

Awwww…basketball puts me to sleep, too.

    • Martha in Washington says:

Just about all televised sports put me to sleep. Horse racing is the exception.

      • Fird Birfle says:

        ME, two-hoo!!!

(Although on occasion I can bear watching a few min of basketball …)

  21. Fird Birfle says:

That little dude totally smiled when he figured out what momma was doing!

  23. Juno says:

Awwwwww, reminds me of my late cat, Maggie. She LOVED to get under the covers, so often, when I saw her sleeping, I would cover her up. She would always purr and look so happy.

  24. Decca says:

The pup would still be awake if they were watching hockey and not basketball.

  25. Maribeth says:

My 16 year old Corgi still looks that sweet when he sleeps, just not puppy sweet! And his sister Ruby loved to be tucked in her puppy blankie for all of her 15 years.
I love my new Dobie mix but Corgis rule…

  26. Becky, Bubba'smom says:

So cute it actually hurts! And it’s a ducky blanket. What a good mommy.

  27. DaytimeDeb says:

    I loves me some corgi!!
But isn’t there a pigs-in-a-blanket joke here somewhere? Maybe the “piggies” that were left exposed made me think of that..

  28. OMG the cute it burns… not only an adorable puppy but the duck blanket. And the guy saying good night.

And the close up on the Widdlle nose.. (Beep)

    Hehehehe

  30. chanpon says:

You can’t tuck him in, and leave his feetsies exposed!

  31. I don’t often see dogs lying on their back, much less, on the couch, even less, allowing someone to put a blanket on them! This was precious!

Something about a sleeping dog is so adorable. It’s as if they have given in and surrendered completely in some way. I love it!

    With Love and Gratitude,

    Jeremiah

    • Amy says:

Corgis have a thing about sleeping on their backs. I often find mine passed out in her kennel, upside-down, awkwardly leaning up the inside wall. Funny dogs!

  32. nismo says:

That’s too cute! Man, I love corgis. If I had one, I’d spoil him or her rotten.

  33. cellarmouse says:

my doggie only lies like that when he’s too warm; leave him alone … it reminds me of my mommy who always made me put on a sweater cause she was chilly. on the other hand, little critters do get cooler after they fall asleep … just check their pinkness level; if it’s rosy they’re fine.

but it did make me feel safe my that mommy worried about me more than she needed to … so keep on tuckin’ …

  34. Nick says:

    That corgi is sooooooooooooo sweet.

  35. dub1 says:

    Privacy blankio.
    Avec geese!

  36. kodalai says:

I like how the puppy wakes up while being tucked, but doesn’t bother to move. <3

  37. Awww, but he´ll get cold feeties! Must tuck the feeties in too!

Love the blissful sleepy face. :)

  38. Nick says:

    I LOVE CORGIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  39. prinsasbeans says:

    so sweet my cheeks hurt

  40. Mary says:

Our corgi hate being tucked in. But she does fall asleep in funny positions. Usually on our laps.

The beagle mix doesn’t mind being tucked in, though I don’t know if he loves it, or is just too lazy to move when we do it. He’s the grumbliest of pups.

  41. Z.R. says:

My teacher says her dog Ralph won’t go to bed until he is put in bed under his blanket.

  42. cutefan says:

supercute doesn’t even cover the little paws!
