And Now, People Holding Their Buns
May 2, 2011 By

Bun holding day!
Gah, teh qte! Sugar buns, every honkin’ one of ‘em…fading fast…need insulin…
Are we sure that baby in the second photo isn’t a possum?
Possums are grey and have long pointy noses and long tails and hands looking like human hands.. there’s no way that’s a possum
Super adorable pics!!!
Nope. This sweeping wascawwy wabbit has wascawwy wabbit teefs. Or are you referring to his “playing possum”?
Never let your buns go!
PS: Yo, it’s MEG! Holla!
“Earless. So sad.”
guffaw!
I feel left out… where can I get a bun to hold?
Please tell me that one store bun was adopted. That bod and face was made for snuzzling and the bun deserves a real home.
I cringe when I see them in the pet store window at the mall!
I want to nom on their leetle feets and kiss their leetle heads.
I think the first one is really marshmallow.
Funny, I never have buns in my hands…….
My hands are so horribly, terribly empty!! :’(
I call giant toe hawks on ginger bunneh!!! Wants!
These look like yummy buns. May I taste?
Dewd, somebody wake up that Bunway airlines pilot, this isn’t a sleep study.
That’s not a pilot it’s an air traffic controller !
or Hare traffic controller?
Awwwwwwwww-dorables!
The Squee! It burns! The goggles do nothing!
Da teefs!
That second bun must have seen itself in a mirror and fell ded from its own cuteness!
More buns, please! I need a post like this every day.
Those teefs!!!
exactly!!!!!!
Isn’t this how Bill Cosby says you’re supposed to jog your memory? By grabbing your buns?
LOL!! Good one AuntieBellum!
I would choose Buns of cute over Buns of steel every time.
Wouldn’t you?
Speaking of Buns of Steel, we could increase teh cute a bazillion-fold by having one of the Men of Cute (calendar pending) holding a teeny-tiny baby bunny against his pecs, no?
Intolerable cuteness! COO to the rescue. To scoop up each and every one of these excrutiatingly adorable morsels of velvety temptation. To save CO readers the horror, we will kees, snorgle, hold, drool over, pet, smooch and otherwise devote ourselves to unending nuzzling…that is Research, dear Peeps, research only!!
oh…yes, Lisa, RESEARCH – as always. We would not expect anything less. OMIGOD!!11 – one of your test tubes is flaming! (grabs buns and runs)
Good work Lewis n’ Clark…. now, share, or I’m telling….
Thanx soooooooo much for posting these….I can almost feel a bun in my hands now…..wonderful!
#4 THERE’S A FOOT IN AN IMPOSSIBLE PLACE OMG
Air traffic controller at Bunway Airport is asleep, therefore Bunway pilot is catching a few zzzz’s too.
Fifth pic:
EEEEAAAAAUUUUGGGHH! An earless bun-nosed thingeh with claws like a cartoon villain!!!!
my my my. what lovely buns. can I pleeeaaaassee have one?!
Oooooooooh! Such bebeh-bun-ness! I can’t handle it, I tell you!! I can’t handle it!!!
Oh. My. Gourd. Picture 6 has 3 WHOLE BUNNIES! Squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee…..*gasp*
I think it’s four, actually.
Typically I don’t walk up to people and ask if I can hold their buns but, well, they just look so warm and inviting.
I’m definitely suffering cuteness overload. So many adorable little bun-buns!
I think the first one is a stuffed animal, stuffed with love, hopes and dreams.
And the last one killed me ded. I want to take a whole handful of them and stuff my face into it. SO TINY!!!!
First bun is bun number one! Why can’t everyone have a bun?
heard on the news that some seals found a bun – a summer bun something, i think they said – in a private hutch in a butter bud.
now i come to post it, it didn’t really make much sense when i heard it either.
what are seals doing in butter buds?
Blair FTW!!!!!!! It took three reads and I allofasudden Got It and whooped out loud. Someone from down the hall actually had the audacity to knock on my door to ask if I was OK!!!
As Jon Stewart would say…”GENIUS!!” *with jazz hands*
*dingdingding*
we have a winner!
tell ‘er what she’s won!
Oh my snot! That is Brillo!
THREE! THREE AT ONCE! Om nom nom nom.
The bun in picture 3 is suffering from an excess of fuzzulence. Well, not suffering exactly, but you know what I mean.
The same way I don’t suffer from insanity. I enjoy every minute of it. :-p
I can only repeat what so many seem to comment on this site:
I was feeling down but this really cheered me up! There must be a bit of hope for this day if I get to smile at tiny pets with big ears.
I approve of fuzzy hand-warmers. Mine feel so cold and bunless…
i can totally hear that in a sad country song: “my hands so cold and bunless…”
I wish my office could have a bun holding day!
Just what the Dr. ordered!
You, too, can cuddle a bunny daily.
Check your local shelter or rabbit rescue. Rabbits can be great pets if you know how to care for them. They live 8-12 years and are NOT a good choice for young children. Do your research and think adoption first. Bunnies are a big responsibility but loads of cuteness!
I can practically feel the fuzz tickling my nose! AHN. It’s all so lovely and softningks.
Picture number two is the BEST!!! Oh my goodness!!!
This post made me happy, to see so many adorable tiny bunnies! Thank you for including my Trouble, I love the hover over comment haha, it is such a funny age when their ears are so tiny!
Just have to say it peeps……….BUNS RULE!!!!
Can’t wait til 5pm, go home and hold my Netherlands dwarf bun (if he approves!)
Oh, now, BUNNIES. You don’t even have faces sometimes, you just have foreheads that go down to your neck!! With little eyes thumbprinted into them!!! I’m lookin’ at YOU, bottom bunnies.
I was thinking I hadn’t seen any baby bunnies in a while! These are adorable.
Favorites are numbers one and six. Is it possible to get any cuter? Buns are number one!
what kinda bunny is the first one
