Seriously got a little choked up on this one. It is heartbreaking when the people don’t feed you the instant you demand it!

This is sadder than my cat wailing mournfully when there is a single (stop reading if you’re squeamish) um, “item” in the litter box. Seriously, it only takes one previous use to send him over the edge of all feline reason.

On a side note, our dear cat, Badger had to go see the vet because she was sleeping lot more than normal for cats
She has been diagnosised with diabetes just 16 days before her 13th birthday 
Luckily, our vet, Dr. Lam, was able to give us a prescription to get diabetic pills from a local drug store for her 
We are to grind up one pill a day, put in a special diabetes food for cats and make sure only Badger eats the food not Dooley our other cat 
Badger is starting to eat more and is becoming more lively 
Yay for Badger! I hope you enjoy many more purrrfectly wonderful years together!

BTW, one of my dogs gives me that same look when I open a can of tuna. He’s a freaking nut for tuna! I buy the kind without added salt for him because God forbid he should be denied. *eye roll*
for Badger & his mommy! We had a family cat Fritti years ago with diabetes. He lived many years happily snorfing his treat of canned food while we gave him insulin shots. He never even flinched.
oops – I said “hugs” for Badger. It got cut off!
I agree! Even i could not ignore that sad look on the
little guy’s kisser. I hope that they gave him something
after that look of sorrow! By the way you mentioned
an animal haing diabetes- well, my sister’s little Dietric
has diabetes too and he does get shots and takes them
like a Spartan Warrior-stoictly! Thank God, I take pills
for my diabetes- I don’t think I could hang around for
needles.

Our vet, Dr. Lam, wants to keep her on diabetic pills for a month to see if she will need insulin or not 
We are hoping that she can just eat the diabetic cat food which Dooley can eat without any trouble as it has a lot of fiber in it to help fill up a kitty’s tummy 
My brother and his friend are going on vacation for the entire month of May so I will have to keep a close eye on Badger and make sure she eats her special cat food and not Dooley. I will be hiding the food in the cupboard.

Skippy should take lessons from this cat. When he is begging for food (three minutes after downing a whole bowlful) he just sits silently and looks angelic, not pathetic. Of course it works, anyway, but if he were to look as sad as this guy I might be a few seconds faster with the refill.

The eyes have it! Must get up and find some food for kitteh! (After I snuggle him, naturally.) Dogs do that too, but humans are more immune to it. Sad, really, that we’re so used to seeing teh Qte that we overlook it until we check Cute Overload.

When the doctores decided to revive me (and why they did THAT, we’ll never know
), I resumed what tiny smidgeons of daily life I could do, entirely in analog mode for several days. A few days later, when I again decided de regarder La Qte, it seemed time to re-invent meself. Thanks fer askin’ !!!

(setup) THAT BUM John Belushi wadded up, used and left his girlfriend (played by ). When she realizes that he was deliberately playing on her emotions just for his own amusement, and hear he has been released from the penitentiary, she goes after him (with something like an AK-47, perhaps although I haven’t referenced that detail. It ain’t no compact shiny pink girly gun accessory though).
As soon as he realizes that she’s comin’ after him to blast him away, he goes into Con Man Mode and, in a dark, stank sewer, utilizes the Belushi Eyebrow Defense:
