btw, does anyone remember that show Quantum Leap? there was an episode where he went back in time and met Buddy Holly, and he was singing a song to his pet pig, Piggy Sooey. The QL guy advised him to change the name, and lo and behold….
I loved that show!
He also taught Michael Jackson to moonwalk and inspired Stephen King to write Christine.
And for Sylvester Stallone to punch a side of beef.
I remember that episode!
Scott Bakula actually did a single of a song (“Somewhere in the Night”) from one of the episodes.
I have that one. 
eez/ wuz an egg-cellent programme!!! For awhile the SyFy Channel was playing episodes of that and I caught all the episodes that I could find. This was maybe two years ago …
