Joyous Season went well.
We’re up to 50 young musicians in the Central CT Civic Youth Orchestra, and we just got a $2,000 grant for another program, in May a Baroque Music Festival called -wait for it— “All Strings Considered”, violins, violas, cellos, basses, harps and Classical guitars.
You should come down (up?) and visit the Steppes of Central Connecticut!

Think of your ancestors, great-grandpa/grandma Potter. Go back further. There are those Mckays in their kilts in 1700. Further still…Cro-magnons, the original Poitiers, doing cave paintings by torch light. Not back far enough. Climb aboard time machine. Tiptoe quietly through the forest, stop, look up slightly, and there they are, your fifly-zillionth cousins 20 zillion times removed, the Pottos. Be awed and humbled, then climb back on that time machine.
