Cute Overload :D
Nice try, you tricky hare, but the tortoise is still going to win.
We wanted to say, “win by a hare” but Sesame wouldn’t lettuce.
Sesame bun!
When its done that little bunny will have big hare!
There must be a “Tribble” tag somewheres here……. *searches feverishly*
Also, “Bun to be wild” comes to mind…
(pa Russkie) “harasho”
(I don’t have a Cyrillic keyboard….)
ooooooo so sowwy. T’enk you veddy much.
Eeet has been menny menny “gohddi” (years)

Born to be cute….

I loved this the first time it was posted and I love it again!
Rerun bun Bunday!
Oh yes i remember! As I recall there was some nuffing about the bun’s feet getting tangled in the bars of the cage.
earlier comment by “jthewonderllama” was me! ooops, need to learn to log out of husband’s screen name.
Silly rabbit! Having your hair blow straight back doesn’t mean you’re going fast. OR DOES IT??? *consults physics texbook*
It might mean you’re stuck in the ’80s. Can anyone tell if bunny’s collar is popped?
Sticky bun is stuck!
I like a sticky bun with currants.
Sticky buns like carrots.
Bun Bun could flip out and try to jump off the cage, probably injuring itself in the process. Don’t like.
We went over this the first time it was posted. I second Rebecca’s sentiment.
I understand the need for moderation but I have a house bun and buns on wire = pain = dangerous. It just is.
Ugh – you don’t know whether it’s painful, that’s anthropomorphizing. All we do know is that being *kept* on wire *may* cause sore hocks.
I have a house rabbit and I know of which I speak:
[starts making popcorn]
Pudding, please.
*gets out the brewers yeast and salt and sugar for mine*
Reaches in and steals popcorn from your bowl.
I wont tell a soul
This article doesn’t apply to this situation, the bun doesn’t ‘live’ in a cage with a wire floor, he’s just on top of his cage for a few minutes!
Ooh, is this a contest? I also have house rabbits! Shall we compare who has had the most rabbits over the years? Infinity, plus one!
BTW the url you pasted says rabbits shouldn’t be kept on a wire floor, which I believe refers to extended time periods, not occasional plopping them on the top of a cage and blowing a hair dryer at them.
But wait, I’ll paste a url too!
…says here that obesity might also be a cause of sore hocks; do you think, based on this picture, that the owner was negligent in providing proper nutrition? We can’t tell, so let’s assume so! I think you should contact PETA right now. Could you do that please at http://www.peta.org/about/contact-peta/report-cruelty.aspx, and let us know how that goes?
The bun was only on the wire tempor-hare-aly, so no biggie.
Definitely with you on that, PJ. Know of too many buns with broken limbs (and some put down) as a result of situations with cages like this, plus panic. I prefer a tight mesh rather than gappy slats… Let’s just pretend there’s some clear plastic laminate there that we don’t see, protecting this New Jersey bun (sorry, just going with the big hare schtick).
Maybe the bun loves it, and they do this all the time – we don’t know. Don’t assume the worst!
Nuffers always assume the worst about every situation – that’s why they are nuffers. And it’s why I get almost depressed if I read the comments here too often… It’s just draining to see that bleak, negative attitude too much.
Uh, I don’t know who you are, you other KatieZ but I don’t think you should assume the worst! Bun bun owners most def love their bun buns and want the best for them! (:
Hey, it’s my alter-ego! Yeah they probably love their bun, but this just looks dangerous to me. Why take the risk ya know? =\
Bun with the Wind!
Please, people, let the ’80s rest in peace. Only the Hoff can rock a windblown harestyle these days (and he can keep it). :P
(of course, I’d still watch a rerun of Harewolf, so…)
But the Hoff wasn’t in Harewolf…. [puzzled look]
(Don’t quite know which I’d choose to watch these days: Harewolf or the orig. Knight Rider……)
I know that, silly. And there was that OTHER chopper show, Blew Thunder, too…
(let’s see if this image will translate and show up from here)
elnett! teehee :) – zee l’oriel elnett foh zee sofisticayted bun! :) *rolls out/busts out zeh red cahpet ramp for zee bunbun* :)
Buns N’ Roses fan gets ready to rock out on his hare guitar solo.
Dunno, Oak, looks more like Bun Jovi to me.
He’s definitely a hare metal fan.
Bun loves his trips to the salon. He’s toying with the idea of getting a perm. Whatever it takes to get him out of that disgustingly dirty cage!
Encore of a nuff fest? (OMG THE BUNNIES FEETS ARE GOING TO GET HURT! etc.)
Oh dear, you had to say it…
*pops popcorn and settles in for the fun*
PJ, enuff. Bun is not being kept on wire. Nor are feet on wire. Bun is resting on top with legs dangling between wire — and floor of cage is not wire. And obv bun is well cared for.
Wind tunnel tests proove, buns aren’t aerodynamic.
Depends, on the currents!!!
–any Midori available???
PS Is this Sesame the same as this Sesame?
♬Sesame, sesame muuuuuuuuuucho!♬
The bunny slaves here know whereof they speak, and it’s not about sore hocks. (Though that’s a concern, too.) It’s about bunnies getting a limb through the slats and then freaking out, and then breaking the limb and either getting it amputated or being put down. Happens a lot, especially with first-time slaves. It is completely avoidable, if people know. Let’s just take the (second) opportunity to make people aware, so we can have fewer tripod bunnies. I don’t think that warrants pudding and popcorn… but I can always eat, so whatevs.
My comments didn’t nest and showed up in reverse order (latest before the first one, and not following the post I was responding to). Weird.
This item is attempting to land under warrior rabbit’s comment, which has been time-stamped 5:32 pm.
you’re not alone, w.r. I noticed and was puzzled over what I now understand was the same scenario, in this post, several hours ago. I had attempted for my comment time-stamped 1:42, to land, below victoreia’s about making pudding; instead mine landed above, under pyrit’s ….
“eez a puzzlement” ….
Bunny sitting on wire cage (feet dangling between wires) and let’s turn on a hot noisy blow dryer right in its face for a cute picture. How is obvious danger not obvious to some here? -_-
Looks like I am in moderation. I’ll just say that I agree with warrior rabbit.
In the moderation waiting room. Help, sharpy. what did I say???
How does everybody know a bun whose leg broke off on a wire cage?? That surprises me. I’ve known tons of buns throughout my life and none of them ever lost a limb.
I think “LOL” and “bowl” may be acceptable rhymes, today, for thread continuity purposes. ;)
Whoa, weird… that comment was supposed to appear at the END of all this. Apparently the dreaded Time Warp Syndrome still affects WordPress blogs.
(…and so much for thread continuity)
This thread is giving me a headache.
The bunny isn’t enjoying that. The slats look uncomfortable, as does the blowing air (is it hot or cool?) in the face. Let’s be a little less ‘idiot’, a little more ‘smart’, people. Don’t blow yer bunnies.
or as buster said to lucile, ‘don’t blow a cow, mother.’
“We wanted to say, “win by a hare” but Sesame wouldn’t lettuce. ” Hahaa!!!
