  8. hirish says:

Smug + chow + ewok = king of the pushchairs.

I guess the palaquin with four bearers [with those ears, bears?] in loincloths is impractical in slush-city.

  9. dub1 says:

Licorice toebeans, with a dusting of snow icing! My favourite flavour.

  10. Kar says:

What a plethora of skinny legs and UGGly boots. Doggie knows he’s got the real fur feet. Pathetic humans are just copying. He’s letting his backbone slide….
[I'm the guy, the rhythm is a ride to the fresh side, let your backbone slide]
~ apologies to Maestro Fresh Wes

  15. tamibrat says:

Naw, that’s not an annoyed chow chow, look how relaxed his feeties are. He just woke up, he needs hugs n kisses and puppy treats. :)

Excuse me mam, but your kids kinda homely, but his little fur suits cute, from Maceys?

  17. Hon Glad says:

Sod! I used two buts in a row, why; I wouldn’t give two bits for two buts.

    Chairman Chow greets the masses

  19. marmar says:

The *only* word for that is “Squeeeeee!”

  20. Nikki says:

I LOVE this! And I also love the little pink dot on the tip of his nose and his perfect tan ears, and his buddha belly! Adorable.

MOOSH. Another win for the CSO!

  22. Queen of Dork says:

The pup in this picture is really adorable and looks so happy but the picture itself confused me when I first looked at it. The way my eyes were seeing this at first glance, it appeared that the dog’s legs were hanging out of the back of the stroller and wearing some sort of boots. Then I looked again and realized those are the legs/feet of the person pushing the stroller! I was all, “Oh!” The doggies legs and feet are safely propped up in front of him/her.

    • Alice Shortcake says:

Thank goodness I’m not the only person who was confoozled by this photo. I gazed at it in blank incompehension for quite some time before I realized what was happening!

  30. Sar says:

    Surely this must be a puppy. I don’t think a full-grown Chow would fit into a stroller…right??

  31. skippymom says:

    You know, I don’t think this is actually a dog. I think it’s a lion/bear mix.

  32. Andi from NC says:

The picture is cute but the hovertext put it over the top!!!!

I think I said that very thing earlier this week…
    (’twas a particularly rough day)

  37. kim says:

Has anyone ever pushed a stroller (or shopping cart) through snow like that? Those are some devoted owners!

  38. pyrit says:

    “Target?” Please. We say Tarjay’.

  39. catmom says:

This picture brings me back to the time when I had my old dachshund ,she was 16 years old ,and had a hard time walking. So we go her a baby stroller and it worked out great to take her places. That way she still got out and didn’t have to walk. Lot of people laughed, but when we told them how old she was, they thought it was a good idea.

  40. Lewis n' Clark says:

I think the REAL reason this chow is in a stroller is having to do THIS all day: http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/object/article?f=/g/a/2010/12/20/dip.DTL&object=%2Fc%2Fpictures%2F2010%2F12%2F20%2Fba-BRITAIN-EUROP_0502716900.jpg
PS -the picture was taken in Bucharest.
