… I don’t think they exist.

Looks like someone got the drop on Bandito, Allison L.

Awww… it’s like Ratatouille all over again!
Hah ! A lurking insert post ominously hovering in the background.
Cute rattie, with feengerrs ! No wonder they’ve learned to cook.
When we give ours a yogurt drop, they use those leetle hands to tuck it into their mouf and then run off. Definitely a case of powshe envy, they also use bof pawses and try to stuffs their cheeks full of sunflower seeds.
AW, for the love of pink fingers, noses and toeses!!!
There’s a place, I know not where (cafepress perhaps) that does stuffed replicas of pet rats from photos. I would have so many by now, though, eh? Although this blue stuffed ratty may be Remy, it is definitly a ROUS compared to the real rat!
aww Rats are cute, how can people be afraid of them. ^^
I see the big rat has a little friend or is it the other way round?
Hairy Eyeball
Should’ve stayed out of the Fire Swamps.
Is this a case of ….. Impending Rattie Dooooom?
Oooh, and we’d almost made it out! The irony of it all, surviving the flame spurt and lightning sand, only to fall victim to the R.O.U.S.! But what a way to go!
Bandito?? Really?? Awesome name!!!
But remember, True Love never dies!
(For those of you who don’t get the Princess Bride references, go rent the movie — STAT!)
Cute Bandito rattie!
He will out run the R.O.U.S and breeze through *whispers* the pit of despair *cough* *Ahem* The Pit of Dispair!
Princess bride w/ Python hover, CO is TOPS!
inconceivable!!!
Is that an animal slipper? Something surreal about this.
Ah, we are playing that ever-popular rattie game, Spelunking the Rat Cave of Bedding. We shall now pop back in, hopefully with a treat or at least a good scratch behind the ears.
@jen: you keep saying that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.
And Bandito might be the most awesome name for a rat EVAR.
just this: yay.
such a pretty little rat
Excellent Princess Bride reference!
Now Westley, if you want to see ROUSes, check out “Bone”.
Rat sez “Halp meh!”
My mommy will get you when your sleepen if you dont stop taken pics. of me….. i know im beutiful but i need my space and some corn please gosh!! :]
Squeak a boo!
Its ALWAYS a good day if you can quote The Princess Bride or The Quiet Man! NTMTOM, you are KING!! Have fun storming the castle!
Ooooooooo…masked ratties are actually a bit on the unusual side. My wife and I have had two out of the fifty or so vermins who have shared our lives–Bandit, a big buckly boy, and Rogue, a skinny little treat-snatching doe. Something about the mask just makes them look extra cheeky.
Our supplier of high-quality rat hammocks and snuggle sacks is in Australia and she tells us that she’s never even seen a masked rat before except in photos from the US.
Oh, and since this is a Princess Bride themed post: “Why are you wearing a mask? Were you scarred by acid, or something?” “No, no…they’re just terribly comfortable. I should think that in the future everyone will be wearing them.”
I used to get so mad at Buttercup, just watching helplessly as Westly got his shoulder practically torn off. Take that stick and whack the ROUS already! Sheesh! Even at 6, I knew I’d never let a babe like Westly go without a fight
However, no stick -whacking of this little cutie.
Great, now I have the “Whacking Day” song from The Simpsons stuck in my head.
“Anybody want a peanut?”
that stuffed mouse isnt the cutest object of this photo to me. according to me, the REAL mouse is the cutest!
