Ahhhh I love him or her!! But I hope it wasn’t on its back for too long. Turtles can’t breathe well when they’re flipped on their backside. I only know that because I have one, and mine used to be just as tiny! What a precious picture!

WOW! Still more proof that CO rules the world. I stopped at the grocery store last night and for the first time ever they had discount DVDs. I looked through them and found–believe it or not–”Monty Python’s the Meaning of Life”!! Naturally I snatched it up and watched it last night, and finally I can get references like “way-far theen” and “get a bucket.” (Though I must admit, as a ridiculously squeamish person, I had a very hard time getting through that scene.)
But I still say that thing looks like a snapping turtle (vile, evil, mean, nasty, scary beasties) to me, and therefore the only thing to do is “KILL HIM! KILL HIM!”* or “kill it before it grow.”**
