This Just In: Fake ‘Brows for Birds

I don’t know…I feel like I’m walking a fine line between street thug who’s about to steal your seed and mysterious hunk who asks you to join him for a nightcap.

Also makes for a fine fake mustache for hamsters, Sayaka C.

    One night I found a bird with my eyebrows… what he was doing with my eyebrows, I’ll never know.

    … wait, that doesn’t translate so well….

    I don’t want to belong with any bird that will accept me as a member!

    … getting there…

    Outside of a bird, a book is man’s best friend. Inside of a bird it’s too dark to read.

    yes!

    @Gigi: LOL! I’m told I scolded a woman once for calling Spock Doctor, when he was a Mister! (Of course, I was six at the time, and didn’t know there was some baby doctor named after my favorite Vulcan….)

    Am I the only one who thought that was staple in the birds head??! I almost had a heart attack for the little guy. I guess I glanced at it thinking he was at the vet. Anyway, thank GOD it’s not. I almost choked on my coffee…

  24. Theresa says:

    @Cashew, I’ll join you. Stealing seed, snerk!

  25. @Rachael: yes, I totally thought the same thing; which begs the question:
    Wut izzit???; how does it stay there without sliding into the birdee’s eye;
    doesn’t look like it was made by a marker; perhaps a teeney-tineey bobby-pin, or mebbe a dolly barrette; does it pinch the feathers on him’s liddol haid;
    these and other burning questions regarding this staple-appearing avian adornment are threatening to keep me awake tonight, tossing & turning in acute concern for the little fellow’s welfare…….! :shock:
