zoiks! i need to be more careful when writing and consider my audience! no, these were couch-potato like adults, and “down dog,” at least in my class, was just the collapsed-in-a-heap position in which we ended class. this is to point to our state of extreeeeeeeme unfitness, rather than any sort of…er, um….other activity…..or proclivities….or whatever…..um. yeah, i can see how “beggin’ for down dog”…. :-0
