he looks like my little rocko did when he was a pup (except rocko is mostly black, or dark grey). and rocko is a shih tzpoo. or a tzoodle. half shih tzu, half tiny toy poodle. all fuzzy, fluffy, cute, and sweet.
westward ho- does rocko’s hair shed? is it curly? Got any pix-I’m dyin’ ova hee=-ah… oh, rocko must be cute,too. a shih tzpoo- overwhelmingly good breed name, there.

if we didn’t trim him, he’d have 1. dreds or 2. long curlies, down to the floor. for a while, when he was new, we weren’t sure he actually had feets. i have pics, but how to get them to you … ? is there a way to post one in comments?
@ chanpon — lol, no, i think the breed (halfbreed?) is officially called a “shipoo” or “shihpoo.” whatever his label — he’s the best dog EVER. so brave and loving and incredibly sweet-natured.

That puppy is all sorts of cuteness. The Richter scale of cuteness went off the charts.
I was thinking that he looked a TON like my apricot poodle when she was a puppy. The same long, fluffy coat that made her look like a dust bunny with feet and black eyes and nose. Not surprised to hear that he is a shih tzu – poodle mix. So, so, so kyoot!

Senor Pablo is a Shichon – Shi-tzu and Bischon Frise mix. He’s not only a quiet dog (he only barks when his favorite toy – a mini teddy bear, go figure – gets stuck underneath a piece of furniture), but he doesn’t shed, he’s super-chill, and ridiculously cute. There are few things more enjoyable than laying him on his back and rubbing his belly, which he absolutely loves.
And for those who have asked – Lillybits is the name of his breeder – just outside of Seattle.

Hey Arc- I have a miniature poodle and he sure does get dreads when I’m a bad owner and don’t brush him. In fact, when we adopted him from the humane society, his last owners had let him turn into one giant dread. It took the groomer three hours to shave him!

I was completely unaware that such a thing as puppy teethers existed until my 5½-year-old human started cutting her 6-year molars (early) about half a year ago. Human baby teethers would not have held up to the chewing, but a puppy teether was just what she needed.

Malti Poos can come in caramel and golden if mixed with a caramel poodle…the face is Maltese and he has the wavy hair..he is very cute and adorable..My friend has these and they are lovely..
